Okay this whole Chick-Fil-A boycott controversy has got me thinking. Now I am a christian and I too believe in the biblical relationships between man and woman, I don't agree with the homosexual lifestyle. HOWEVER, I am not a bigot or a person that goes around gay bashing, in fact I have a family member that is gay My family is mostly made up of christians and we still love my gay family member but he knows we don't agree with his lifestyle. I know christians are getting a bad rap as being bigots etc but not all of us are the over the top crazy types. I hate the sin, not the person.

Anyway, now Chick- Fil-A makes a statement standing by their beliefs and people act all offended. Its no secret that Chick is a christian owned company (hello, they are closed on Sundays) so I think its really dumb that people are boycotting them for their beliefs.

I don't know of any place in the world where christianity is accepted less than homosexuality. Either way, they're both lifestyle choices that have people arguing if it's right or wrong, instead of having the person that chose their life live it without being slandered.

You seem confused by what you originally said, THat is you implied that simply being gay to some Christians is a sin in of itself. This is not the majority viewpoint on the matter. And thus you changed the attack to saying Christians have attacked the actions of homosexuals, that is the sexual actions which yes Christians condemn. But by the standard defintion of fundamentalist I am not. I do not accept those ideologies of those baptists in the 1900s that said we must believe in a literal creation account of genesis, I do not believe in sola scriptura, I do not believe in Sola Fide I do not believe in those doctrines.

Radical in that they want to force this issue on everyone regaurdless of the society that rejects it. Like suggesting Homosexuals ought boycott and force Chick Fil to shut down and not give money to whom it freely chooses instead of just not going there and supporting their brand if they are that against it.
