but then you're talking about a country with the lowest life expectancy, and highest infant mortality rate out of all developed nations, with many millions of people medically uninsured. so the US doesn't really have anything to lecture about health care system I'm afraid, you can learn some experience from your southern colony Australia though.

Neither, I'd rather live in Australia or Canada. Both countries have the pros of the US and UK and fewer of the cons.
