Wow, that Kings-Bruins game was fantastic. What a clash.

The Penguins look like world-beaters. Crosby, between these two injury plagued seasons, also has an astounding 91 points in 56 games. That's Gretzky-like, just imagine a full, healthy season.
I'm taking Philadelphia or St. Louis, since my Leafs suck too much. :P
Yeah, Pittsburgh is scary good right now. Hoping the Sabres can pull this off! Big game with the Caps tonight. The Penguins look like world-beaters. How about dem Sabers. Wow. Swanogt19I remember back when we had a back-to-back with them, and split it the games. All the T.O media said "Oh, Buffalo is done, 12 points behind the Leafs?" Well, how wrong they were. Scrivens called up today. Carlyle said their goaltending situation will "different" tomorrow. Wouldn't expand. We shall see tomorrow. Wonder what it could be... Give Scrivens 3-4 starts here. He finished winning 5 of 6 and has a .927 SV% in AHL.

Pierre Gautier fired today. Bout time. Why they ever got rid of Martin, Pearn and making a mockery of Chunneyworth I just won't understand.

Don't tell the Islanders who just somehow absolutley dominated the Penguins in a Home and Home series.
Ah, the usual "Lets play like the best team in hockey and ruin our draft pick" time of year. It almost goes hand in hand with missing the playoffs, minus the Seguin draft.
Couple of good tweets from @mirtle tonight, Globe and Mail writer.
"Prediction: Leafs miss out on fifth overall pick position by one point. Team in fifth wins lottery draft."
"Leafs still gain a much needed point at least. No, wait a minute, they didn't need that point at all."
Man I hate Hartnell. But that is too funny. I hope the Flyers and Pens face each other in the first round. Swanogt19too good of a matchup for 1st round. should be 2nd or third =/
[QUOTE="Swanogt19"]Man I hate Hartnell. But that is too funny. I hope the Flyers and Pens face each other in the first round. ChikaraShreftoo good of a matchup for 1st round. should be 2nd or third =/Agreed. The Flyers-Pens rivalry will be like the Bruins-Habs rivalry of last season. Really violent clash (boy that Thomas vs. Price fight was awesome) before the end of the season, and then the two teams meet in the 1st round.
Man, i'm sure it doesn't help to have media like that in Toronto bustin balls............anywho if a team hasn't won in so long it falls on the manager/general manager so they should grill them.X360PS3AMD05Fans are impatient, even I am. And that is another problem. If you listen to Steven Dangle, he sheds light on how this is in reality the first season that this is essentially "Burke's team", and has every right to get grilled for how bad it sunk in February. HOWEVER, a lot of fans are terribly blind with what he has accomplished, as the farm team Marlies clinched their division in the AHL, most of which are his signings.
Well according to the NHL.com all the playoff spots are listed and secured. I would like to rest the thread title to NHL playoff discussion and a new poll perhaps. Let the predictions begin. Swanogt19Holy crap I completely forgot I made this thread. I will do once the regular season is offically over.

I need them to beat the living **** out of each other in 7 games and Philly needs to win since we have their number:) In other news, this league is a god damn joke that you can;t say what is on your mind without getting fined.
