As for Nippon Ichi fans, I do like some of the games, but I haven't played most. I was going to get Disgaea for the PS2, but when I read they will release a version to the psp, I decided to wait until the handheld version! I believe it will ship in the end of october?

Mwahahahaha....I accept your challenge!! :) Actually I was only on last night to test the connection (i haven't played for awhile) and to try out Bioshock for a bit. I don't have a whole lot of games for XBox yet - I have Enchanted Arms, Shenmue 2, and now Bioshock (being why i have no gamerscore, because i've been playing PS2 still) but what do you have? Dead or Alive is a fighting game (a 3D one) thats been around since PS1/Saturn. I personally HATED Enchanted Arms, and the first Shenmue which was on Dreamcast was the only one I played and I found it to be.....boring....Shenmue II is the Xbox one btw....(DC if you're japanese and *maybe* european), by the way Simon, if you want a good Action RPG, you MUST download Castlevania Symphony of the Night (if its on XBL Canada), its the best one in the series, and its freaking addicting....ive played the Bioshock demo, ill get it later on. but I was just suggesting good multiplayer/vs games since many of the best ones arent very story oriented and I hate to say but the best FPS IMO is Call of Duty (it doesnt have all the cheapness of Halo *god I hate the swords*...) but as I said I was suggesting good multiplayer games, not epics, and btw im surprised you havent gotten Blue Dragon lolCronaroth

They charge canadians 10$ more per game.. doesn't matter what game it is... It made sense a long time ago with how the Canadian dollar was sitting, but we are almost equal now, they just haven't caught up with pricing so we're stuck with paying too much money for our products :(

I just looked this game up a few weeks ago. I think it's a compilation of two old games. That's all I remember. I'm gonna see if I can dig up some more stuff.

I've got Growlansers 3 and 4. They're both good games: If the new one matches up to these, it'll be well worth getting. I'm getting it unless a the reviews are really bad (and if it's Kevin VanOrd, then I'll just ignore him ;) ).

I have! I really want it, but not as much lately. I heard bad things about the game from people who got it in Japan. Not to mention they greatly changed the battle system from the older games. I heard it's a game that only fans would like, because they're driven to play from the past excellence of the series.

I just got my copy of Heavenly Sword......and its amazing! The graphics are gorgeous, the scenery looks alive and the characters are animated to the point you feel like you could reach out and touch them. The fighting is fun, complex, and very satisfying. And King Bohan is an awesome villain, for a guy who wants to use the Heavenly Sword to conquer the world...he is very sarcastic, witty, cruel, funny, and extremely likeable. Havin loads of fun with it so far.kryu88

I just got my copy of Heavenly Sword......and its amazing! The graphics are gorgeous, the scenery looks alive and the characters are animated to the point you feel like you could reach out and touch them. The fighting is fun, complex, and very satisfying. Yes, the secondary character uses a crossbow, she is quite insane. The main character has three stances, but she can also throw ANYTHING, and use canons and such. It's an awesome game!

Well....I got a random check in the mail from one of my old jobs for $30 so I decided to go out and buy a videogame today.

I didn't think it was going to take as long as it did. Turns out, I went to GameStop and after a long long time of thinking, I decided to get a used copy of Suikoden III.

I brought it up to the counter and they started looking for the disc. It wasn't there. They couldn't find it. They searched to see if any other stores had it, and the only other store that had a disc was very far away. Anyway, so I figured, "oh well, no big deal, I'll just pick up something else."

I decided upon Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria. But I was kinda bummed 'cause I originally wanted Suikoden III.

What do you guys think? Is VP2 a good game? I was also thinking about getting either Radiata Stories or Shadow Hearts: Covenant (which were all there). I think tomorrow I might go to some other GameStops and see what they have there.

So yeah...who's played VP2? Should I get something else? My copy is brand new and still sealed so I could still return it.

I would've personally picked Suikoden III, it's the best in the series in my book. Very in depth story telling, 108 stories to tell, different things to do, collect, you'd get much more out of your money with Suikoden but I can't say anything against VP since I've yet to play them. I just think Suikoden is one of my favorite RPG's of all time, with hundres of different characters to stick in battle, tons of things to do, it even has tactical battles.

that's the thing - the store didn't have the disc to Suikoden III. The computers said the store had it in stock, but in reality it wasn't. Which is why I picked VP2.
