Demon's Souls Should Not be AAA

Something is wrong with a game if it gets AAA, otherwise it would get AAAA. AAAA games supposedly have such minimal things wrong with them it vitrually has no effect on the overall experience and the game is beyond fantastic. AAA games have more things wrong with them compared to AAAA, AA have more wrong with them compared to AAA, and A have more wrong with them compared to AA games. It's quite simple, really.

It started at NG, but this thread took a slightly different turn then I expected, and NG was never really a big part of the argument at all, I was just comparing NG's situation to DS's. All games have problems. It's arguable DS has minor to nill problems, that's what I've been arguing about. Difficulty issues were PoP only real problems, and PoP got an 8.0. DS only real problem was difficulty and it got a 9.0. It makes no sense that DS dodged getting more points taken off for some odd reason. Then I put the blame and Ord and then GS as a whole. That's pretty much been the history of this thread, sumed up quickly.

As a Demon's Souls master gamer, even I admit that 9.0 is far too high. The quality is certainly below that of a true AAA gem.
