The PS4 wouldn't even get 15fps at those settings.

Crysis 3 is very demanding on the CPU at max settings.

It might fair well on the sandy bridge and ivy bridge CPUs but the PS4 CPU is many times weaker.

In regards to Bioshock I looked up a few performance reviews and its another case of a video game favoring Nvidia (just like battlefield and crysis). A GTX 650 boost gets 8 FPS faster than a 6970 which is complete crap (it seems like alot of games are screwing AMD over). The 6970 should get about 660 level which gets 50-60FPS Ultra/FXAA @1920x1200. The rest of the games should run fine

The last statement I don't agree with. The PC version will have more advanced options (AF, AA, HDR...ect), higher resolutions, better FPS, and more advanced lighting/shadows (just like it does every generation)

Gotta laugh at the "60 fps 1080p everything" liars amongst hermits. I have an overclocked 6970, 4GHZ i5 and 16GB RAM... Don't get anywhere near constant 60 FPS in most games ...... most *modern* games. The bullshit about 60 FPS being a PC standard is a lie unless your buying the at-the-time £400 cards.....MBirdy88

Its on the lower portion of the mid tier category and it still plays alot of games on high/max 1080p (Tomb Raider, DMC, Bioshock infinitie, and Far Cry 3 are popular games in the last 4-5 months that will get either over 60FPS or near 60FPS on the GTX 660 SC).

I fail to see your point (A 6970 which wasn't even highend 2.5 years ago should be getting amazing frames on the 4 recent games I listed).

Draw calls are less of an issue on PC now a days thanks to multi-threaded rendering in DX 11, and faster bus speeds in modern hardware. Still consoles are faster in terms of pure draw calls, but that's a slanted view of things, since games are nto purely composed of draw calls. Consoles won't be bottle necked by them, they will be bottle necked by pure texture processing, polygon pushing power fo their limited hardware.

In terms of graphics tech, Witcher 2 Xbox 360 is last gen compared to AMD Leo tech demo IP enabled games.

It has a tablet CPU and is substantially less powerful than my 3 1/2 year old PC. But if I buy one it will be for games, not specs.

There are Kyoto SKUs without IGP.

Microservers relies on pure numbers of smaller size cores and it's doesn't believe in hyperthreading i.e. 3 Jaguar cores could fit into 1 Haswell core (2 threads).

2: If you don't like the way the lighting works on the PC version, that's your opinion.

I welcome the ps4 but not for the graphics but for the games. I also welcome it because all the dustbunny pc's will not be able to play next gen games and they wil have to upgrade. In another 2 years the ps4 will be low end and I will still have my mighty pc for the graphics and mods and exlcusives and steam sales yada yada ect. In 5 years while I will have 4k games on pc 1080p on ps4 will be meh and the wii u will most likely be on life support.
