That chart shows that K8 trails Bobcat in integer performance, the integer performance is where the 15-20% IPC improvement comes into play. The FPU performance improvement for Jaguar is much higher than 15%.
The integer performance does not help the end result with all other jobs single and multi threaded that are important to gaming, shown in Cinebench 11.5 and BF BC2. Fact is that with even with bobcat being 10% faster and 5% slower in super pi "integer" fact is that K10 Athlon 2 630 is over 40% faster being at same clockrate and equal amount of cores, let alone the Athlon X2. The 8 core jaguar based cpu if at 1.6 ghz in the PS4 will be slower then K10 Phenom 2 X4's at 3 ghz+
Btw, AMD Kabini has be released.. I don't why you are still using Bobcat's results for Kabini.
