@tormentos: I had to read your response a few times to understand what you were trying to say. My issue with the PS4 is that the game library is weak. There are no "marquee" Sony titles or big enough third party releases to warrant a purchase, at least for me. It's common knowledge for anyone who reads my posts, knows I own all last gen systems. I would like to purchase a PS4, but currently I find no reason to.

As for the Master Chief Collection. I am a Halo fan, I primarily play the Campaign, the online was initially broken from what I've read and still needs improvement during my playthroughs. However, considering it's trying to run 4 separate multiplayer engines, I'd assume it's a very complex endeavor. It's not perfect, but when it's fixed it'll be amazing. I can live with that.

I didn't get confronted, because only 2 games are worth mentioning as an exclusive, and one of them sucks (The Order). Microsoft released a lot of games in the holiday season... Sony released shit last couple of months, literally shit when we include DriveClub... Oh STUF you claim that MS lower the price to $350 and would not lose money because Kinect was been sold by $150 so $150 + $350 = $500 the original price.

Problem is Kinect wasn't freaking worth $150 in manufacturing cost it was only about $75 dollars on a console that was estimated to cost $471 to make,now if you take $75 out of $471 you get $396 dollars < is what a kinectless sku cost to MS and that doesn't include shipping or the take gamestop and every retailer take from selling the unit,so selling a $350 xbox one land MS in losses period there is no way around that.

And i say the part about 1.2 million Kinect because the only fu**ing way MS could have made at least some profits from this deal is if they sold 1.2 million kinect since you know $150+$350 = $500 and since Kinect cost about $75 to make that is some nice profits there for MS.

By the way you may want to take a stroll by the top 100 of 2014 so far,the PS4 is on spot 4,the xbox one on the 17,but there is also another PS4 at 32 spot Destiny and another at spot 83 GTA5 bundle even that it release after black friday..lol The xbox one other only bundle is at 96 so as you can see the xbox one will not do enough to offset the PS4 gap this year on amazon.

Speaking of MCC, haven't heard too much about it lately. I will be starting MCC next week and wonder if the MM is pretty much fixed these days. I likely won't get too much time in MP since I'm gonna play through all the SP campaigns in order plus I'll have other new games to try as well but just curious if all is well with the title in general? Thanks in advance.

I was playing the MCC first the first time in a week or so last night. No issues. On average it probably took 60-90 seconds for a lobby to fill and match voting. Halo 2 anniversary playlist seemed to take longer than big team battle for example. And i was one of those who never really had issues with the single player (a couple sound glitches and i lost a save on a level once when i had a power hiccup at home while playing)

For example Germany is a smaller market that UK,yet sony sold 1 million PS4 there as fast as MS sold it in UK,the problem is that while the PS4 continues to be on top on UK,on Germany the XBO is outsold 4.4 consoles to 1 they don't even break 300k while sony already has 1.2 million.

The same happen in worse in Spain more than 5 to 1 gaps like this is what will stop MS from even competing with sony this gen,sony just introduce a new bundle in Amazon Yesterday and already is a spot 4 and over took the xbox one which had several week on top.

Multiplats have always been acceptable to lems, it was always the cows that didn't accept multiplats as being a bonus for a particular system.

When the Xbox 360 had multiplats last gen that where not on the Ps3 the Cows claimed that it didn't count in the 360's Favor because they could play them on the PC hence why everyone accused cows of hiding behind the PC last gen.

Just like Arcade games didn't count to Cows Because the 360 was killing the PS3 in that department until the Journey got GOTY and then all of a sudden they where acceptable.

You do understand hourly sales means the sales of a product in one hour. When the product it's outselling could have sold 45 units in the same hour. Hourly = PS4 sold 75 units at Ranking 6. X1 sold 65 units at rank 9. Those are an example, not a hard numbers before your mind runs with it.

The PS4 made that number four spot for the entire year. The AC X1 bundle made the 17th spot in 1 and a half months. Now if you could do the math there you would understand why the X1 sold 400k more for the month of November in NPD.

Creating another SKU by offering a Kinectless SKU ISN'T a price cut. It's a different SKU which is still being offered at $449 which is $50 less than the original price. Where are the multiple price cuts you speak of?

Today's matches took a little longer btw.. but i usually got in one between 2 1/2 and 3 minutes so maybe it depends on the time of day. I did get kicked from a lobby once after 5 minutes though... Miles better than what it was nonetheless when i would honestly have the matchmaking running for 15 minutes at a time whilst i snapped tv or did other things.

Technically that was a price cut. They weren't selling with Kinect so they took it out and reduced the price. MS had to back off of their plans to dominate entertainment because they weren't selling. Kinect costs less the price difference by the way.

No, technically is was not a price cut. Making different SKUs is not price cutting. It's offering different SKUs for less because you're getting less. Why is it so hard for cows to comprehend this. Do you think the 40GB PS3 is a price cut from the 60GB PS3 at launch? No, they were different models offering slightly less for less money on the 40GB version.

PS4 saw a boost from the bundle and jumped 8 spots. X1 was passed by Nintendo software.
