i hate that, a flop sould be at least 2 lower than predicted, at least 8.7 is in the ball park. people are saying it like it got a bad score. the same was with uncharted, people cried flop when there was none. exceot uncharted sucked IMO. it held down several games and movies and samelessly ripped tham off, i hate its lack of immagination. damed peice of...

I think the main issue of NG2 was just the camera, but when you think about it, what other action game that moves as fast as Ninja Gaiden can keep up, plus the action is pretty open and not in a lock area.

That's what I think it will get, scores are kinda all over the place with this game, but I've not seen anyone say the actual gameplay is worse than Ninja Gaiden on Xbox, many seem to think it's actually better. Game just hasn't evolved enough as a sequel to deserve a high score. But from what I've seen the game looks great and seems to play great (very fluid, fast, lots of nice combos ect), I will be there day 1 no matter what score it gets.

You shouldn't put too much credence into review scores. They can be useful at times, but they're not the end-all-be-all when determining the quality of the game.

all the good review say that the diffeclty is a good thing

and the bad reviews give a low score cuz the diffecolty

this game is 9+ only for the RLY hardcore gamers not for avreg gamer

why are people calling it a flop when

1. The GS score isn't out yet

2. it got AAA and AA from different sites

i'll wait for the GS score before saying anything

Yep, him and Haze-unit hyped it AAA, but it didn't even get A.

Anyway, back to this awesome action game Ninja Gaiden 2. I can't wait to try out all the cool weapons!

Hmm, here we have PC World, if you can believe it, taking up for the game's camera system and defying all of the other critics who have been slamming the game. Very good read.

Ahh no. Liar never looked good, not even remotely. I knew it was a piece of **** from the first gameplay videos. Cows hyped it for a year based on one screenshot (closeup of a dragon, no gameplay) and the fact that it was a Factor 5 game and then couldnt let it go when gameplay was shown. They got burned badly.

I disagree. The gameplay totally sucked compared to other action titles such as GOW, DMC and so on. Just my opinion.

Yup it was incredibily un responsive with no flow at all.

Perhaps one of the many PS3 loyalists can explain something to me,

If Ninja Gaiden II scores say an 8.5 it has effectively outscored all but one of PS3's exclusive titles, and tied another.

If Ninja Gaiden II scores say an 8.0 it has effectively outscored all but two of PS3's exclusive titles, and tied two others.

I am not quite sure if that entitles anyone to bragging rights on the PS3 side of the fence.
