But the effects with CUDA, PS3 can't even do? This makes the game look a heck of a lot better. At leastJC2 has character models, animations, but maybe not the the amount of enemies on the screen. But GOW3 can't even do CUDA effects like GPU water, Bokeh filter. Which is way ahead of what the PS3 can do. So Iask again how is that a better looking game when it can't even do certain effects the PC JC2 can do?

It could emulate many of those effects to a certain quality. Any game has character models( pacman has character models ) but the fact is JC2 character models are not on the same level as GOW3..... just like you are arguing the cuda effects such as water effects on gow3 are not on the same level as JC2.
