I have seen so many PC gamers rubbing this game in my face and now it is no longer going to be an exclusive.
so Ill be playing Kz3, dead space 2, uncharted 3, andWitcher 2 all on my ps3, on my 40 inch HDTV, kicking back with surround sound, sitting in my contouring gaming chair.

The Witcher 2 is not confirmed for consoles.
Hey guess what? Any Pc gamer with surround sound and a contouring gaming chair will be too. That stuff isn't limited to consoles only.
so many PC gamers are oblivious to how utterly impractical it is to do what you are suggesting (regardless if it is technically possible). as a testament to this, I guarantee that 95% of PC gamers on this site dont have such a set up, one which you claim is so easy to create. you dont factor in many things.
From what I have seen, most people have their computers in their bedrooms. I dont know any adults who keep their desktop computers in the living room. Im not sure if you have ever installed surround sound, but do you realize how impractical it is to set it up in a bedroom?
also, considering how expensive it can be, most people are likely to only set up surround sound in one part of their house. Now, as much as I like surround sound in my games, if I had to choose whether to use it for only gaming or movies respectively, I would pick the latter. It seems kinda frivolous to have surround sound for your computer, and not in your living room.
as for the really nice gaming chairs, try using a keyboard and mouse with one of these chairs.

To put it simply, they dont accommodate them.
