Whats the better deal? A PS3 and 360 for 600, or a 600 Gaming PC?

Pc of course. Because pc have more and better exclusives. Also the 600$ pc is going to give you better graphics than consoles.

just depends what you want...i really think its personal preference. the nice thing about PC is it does a whole lot of things that console can't.

Actually PS3 has more higher quality exlcusives http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=0AriQpIFbPoEacGM1b0xxcGVucFQ3OFc4N3BNZmd2QkE&gid=2 PS3: AAAAE = 1 AAAE = 7 AAE = 12 360: AAAE = 7 AAE = 13 PS3 has much more diversity in its exclusives. Also there arn't that many PS3/360 games I can think of the only recent one in my mind was FFXIII which was better on the PS3. But the fact you have friends on the 360 cancels out all of that. Friends>all that :PNVIDIATI

Depending on your tastes, I'd go with two consoles anyday. Pc is a great choice assuming you love what it has to offer in game selection.
