Gears and Mass Effect are definitly advantages for 360, but they aren't exclusives.

i think it's okay to call them console exclusive.

No, arbitrarily saying "PCs don't count and don't compete with consoles" does not change that they do and that, until you can conclusively prove a negative (which is impossible) aka prove that not a single sale is lost when a game is on PC as well as 360, you cannot call 360 games available on PC "exclusives".

And really, who cares? The idea that "exclusivity" makes a game better is dead - the idea that exclusives are the means by which you should choose your platform is also completely idiotic. "Well, there are more exclusives on the 360, so it must be better for my gaming needs". Absurd - the right platform for you depends on a number of features.

I had a great time discussing but am regretably calling it quits for now. Although it should be evident some posts were apreciated more then others in terms of contributing to the collective gaming thought here at the wonderful and oft times wacky place we call System Wars. I think this thread has reached it's prime and I feel it is time for it to head to that great spool in the sky. Of course to be resurected next time I feel like stopping by, naturally, but my eyes hurt and Im certainly done for now ;)

The Pink Rebel Award - They all waged war on their own terms. Their tact was fascinating in that their arguments were equally tenacious and off-topic. They wisely knew that it was impossible for me to win if they don't actually respond coherently or logically to what I was saying. They all had goofy kirby icons. I dismissed the latter as a superficial conincidence but simaltaneously pledge to never again play a kirby game of any kind. Ever.

shadow_hosi - barged in with little indication he had read more then the topic but boy did he have an earful for me. His initial expletive ridden off topic diatribe set the tone for every "contribution" he would henceforth make.

MGS one and two were on PC :P, you never know..

the term "EXCLUSIVE" means "limited to a select few " or "tending to exclude" , this comes from Babylon Dictionary. For example Microsoft signs a contract with Irrational Games to "exclude" Sony Platforms from having Bioshock. or in other words "limit" Bioshock to Microsoft Platforms.

I called you out regarding the truth of this thread and your purpose for it and you, obviously, avoided speaking about it....which says a lot.

Fact is you invented a term to make your beloved 360 sound better, period. Virtually nobody accepted it and you continually defended it till the bitter end.

Go on and continue to make up terms to serve your purpose, but, like today, don't expect many people to accept them.
