Why Bioshock, Gears, Mass Effect ARE exclusive

It is an MS exclusive because it is only supported by 360 and Windows like it says on the box. Nobody owns the PC platform so by your logic there are no PC exclusives...hmmm....MS does not own the game correct, however, their game studio produced it.

Perhaps, but MS makes no money off PC Games short of the OS. And alot of people pirate their OS.

Which is pointless for you to do because I never claimed PC was a Microsoft Platform. Technically its not a platform at all as the components are identical to what is found in consoles( RAM, CPU, GRAPHICS CARD) in fact the ONLY difference besides a few input devices are the freaking OS's!!!!

If its not a Microsoft platform, then how can you say games that it shares with the 360 are MS exclusive? :| And that last part doesn't even make sense, the PC isn't a gaming platform because its made up of the same parts as the consoles? WTF? It is both the name of the platform and the name of the system...

P.S windows is the main OS used for gaming because it's the most popular. If mac were in the place of windows mac would be it.

Linux/wine is a very legit. alterlnative to windows, you just have to have understandign of how it works.

That dosent make it any less vialble as a OS option, its just that most people stick with windows because it is the easyest/its all they know. that dosent mean its the best, then again, it dosent make it the worst, it simply 'is'.

linux on the other hand is open source and free, so.....yeah.....it has many advantages/disadvantages just like widnows/mac

You've also stated DMC4 --> 360 = Gears --> PC is incorrect. You've been stating this as a fact the entire thread. In reality, this is your opinion and you seem to be the only one who thinks this. You're entitled to your opinion but the rest of the world is entitled to disagree with it.

Why did you even start this thread? Instead of inventing this BS term 'MS exlusive', why not just call it what it is?....gears of war for the 360 and PC (and mac if you're being technical). I understand that you're saying that Gears not being on the PS3 hurts the PS3....but we all knew that already. Any game not on the PS3 hurts the PS3, so what, did we need an entire thread to state something that is so obvious?

I believe that PC and console do not fight for the same market entirely. I can see them being considered "console exclusive" to 360 vs PS3 in real world situations. In here, SW is a make-believe meta-game in which they are not exclusive. So you're both right and wrong I guessMikeE21286

because i assure you there are plently of people with gaming pcs and ps3s (or 360s) out there. and that would make for direct compitition for sales
