Skydiving and such in a 5 star Resort in a tropical island. It would be cheaper and easier to do what you do in GTA. You get my point. I play games to do stuff that I could never do in real life. To me, that's kind of the point of videogames, to escape reality. But that's not even my biggest reason for not getting the game. I'm still waiting for the next big AAA Wii title to play, since my last AAA Wii purchase was SSBB in freakin' March 2008. I realize Tiger Woods scored a 9.0, but a sports game isn't good enough for me. March 2008? That's incredible!

More deep than any Wii game's storyline I've seen.[QUOTE="SMR-Venom"][QUOTE="hakanakumono"]It has enough depth to satisfy the "hardcore" gamers too. I could compare this game to CoD4 very easily. Lackluster single player, amazing multiplayer. No. How can you compare an AAA FPS to a AA minigame game? They are nothing alike. It's an overall comparison of the kind of entertainment both games provide.I read the review.
What's the point of your quote? It doesn't improve or devalue the game.

In my definition, a good game is a deep game that involves some casual elements and hardcore elements, along with high-qualtiy sound/production/(most games could use a story too)/gameplay/value. A GREAT example of this is Zelda. It's easy as heck to pick up and play, but it's dungeons and world is deep and involving. I LOVE Zelda puzzles.

Veteran gamers consider good games to be ones that immerse you into the game wolrd the most, feature great sound and music, and, of course, deep and satisfying gameplay. Wii Sports contains absolutely none of that. You make a Mii, and then go to waggle city.

[QUOTE="SMR-Venom"] So because Crysis Warhead was not awarded best graphics of 2008, you're going to say that this review is non-credible? Stevo_the_gamerIt was only a mere example that the media as a whole can get something wrong -- it happens, putting you hands on your ears, shouting randomly with your eyes closed won't change the fact that the media is human, and they can get it wrong sometimes. Of course they can, they are only human. So it is safe to take the average score of this game (From MC), which is 82. In turn, it is safe to take the average score of Wii Fit (80). You won't get any better "proof" in this human world we live in. Calling Wii Fit "crap" takes you out of the norm, just as someone would call any other AA game "crap".
Although I must say, it isn't the best technique to look at one example and call the media unreliable.

[QUOTE="enygma500"]
I don't understand the review at all. In the video review he says that most of the games aren't too involving or good. but there are 3 or 4 really fun games. He then goes on to say that the game sucks while playing with yourself and is only relly good as a MP title. A MP title without online? Then he says the graphics are crap, like the first. Then says there's no variety in the sound. It's just enough to get the job done.
On any other system, regardless of controls, this would have scored closer to a 5 or 6. The whole video review was spent bashing the game then they hand out an 8? WTF?
hakanakumono
Like I said, the wii scores an 8 for it's 7s.
This is Gamespot, not IGN.
