@joshrmeyer: why Bloodborne? I remember console players prattling day and night about Dark Souls when were exclusive, then it comes to PC, with amazing mods, better than no console saw ever, and they forget completely it awesomeness... do you see where I coming? Today you can't see a comment about Dark Souls 3 (even being newer than Bloodborne). What does it says? If you beat 1 time Uncharted or TLOU, it would be enough, even would be the same if you see the complete gameplay on Youtube because most of your exclusives have only 1 way to play them, you are not more gamers, just nostalgia of the past century playing in consoles, today are fanboys, real gamers still 10 years in the same game, you can't say that of none of your games.
@joshrmeyer: and still prattling about "a list"... If you rely so much in others, you should see the progression of each platform in the world: PC 40% (and increasing), phones-tablets 34% (and increasing) all consoles together 24% (and DECREASING year by year)...
@joshrmeyer: so, your fun is in "a list"... right... that means... while real games are played for decades you still prattling about a list that marketing made for the current year.
@joshrmeyer: Replay value makes a game, a GAME, the other things could be similar to games, or partial games, but not 100% games. Video games comes from board games like Chess, Monopoly or Dungeons & Dragons, they are timeless, humanity have been playing Chess from centuries without get boried. Consoles have been the replacement to VHS, their AAA are 1 use entertainment not as fun as real games that people plays for decades on PC, nor so spectacular as real movies, they are products made to be sold through the eyes and discarded.
And, oh, so you will replay TLOU, of course you can replay an un-replayable game, also you can spend all the afternoon spiting from a bridge but that doesn't means that spit from a bridge is the funiest thing you can do in your free time.
@joshrmeyer: How many times you've replayed Uncharted, TLOU or any other "cinematic experience"? well, they were GOTY, and they are not even full games, how stupid it sounds?
@gleencross: Yes, Divinity 2 is the kind of game you will return with renewed expectations, while console exclusives are 1 use and discard like a movie (a bad cliche movie, hehe).
