They have no real way of blocking bullshots since it is actually in-game screenshots. Would have to verify things by hand; either by themselves or from reports by users.

@RadPro: Yeah, it gives an advantage, which is why they added it in Heroes of the Storm.. a purely competitive game (while SC2 has a full single player campaign + endless custom 'arcade' maps) using the same engine.
