[QUOTE="Dantus12"]

I choose the CE edition, and still cant gather the info which edition contains what.

There is a jacket,

A merchant,

Finisher pack,

animation set,

a outfit for magic wielders, it's absolutely confusing which version contains what. The items will be available as free DLC probably but still can find all info.

The CE edition has only the Vernon Roche jacket and the jacket is only available in CE.

There is also a difference between digital copys depending from where you get it apparently.

biggest_loser

So what is your answer and how long till the Witcher 2 Back Scratcher?!

Im genuinely confused about your question.

But findinging it funny, I think that the Back Scratcher will come with my premium copy of Deus Ex HR.

I guess CD Project might give us a foot massager, because ol' Geralt runs a lot around, there is no horse, and Triss is to independent to give foot massages.:P

Maybe the ladies from the houses of ill repute are willing to help, but that might be expensive, so I will wait for the foot massager.

It's a TPS with a skill tree. The Paragon/Renegade system serves only to add the bad-ass, coolness factor to Shepard.

The game is so away from a RPG that even Bioware admits it. It still a great game. The most important thing it fails is character continuation from the previous game. ME2 Shepard took a serious maturity hit , when compared to ME Shepard.

This is a story problem , another important thing in a RPG.

Upgrades, well I had them in SC Conviction, there is more to a RPG than mechanics, but the players freedom to decide how many mechanics he is willing to use is one of the many things that makes a RPG.

The freedom is not existent because there is nothing to choose from.

The removal of charm intimidate options only added to the skill problem, making the paragon/ renegade path even more predefined and linear.

Removal of exploration removed the potential of doing a few quests "the other way" unrelated to the paragon/ renegade system. "Press F to exit " for more linearity and less decision.

Not that anyone in a RPG would like to decide if he want's to hack a safe before or after a conversation.

I'm flexible, ME was a RPG lite in comparison to other RPG's but it still did things better. Improving a existent system shouldn't include a complete removal of it.

It was a great game. The expansion part being even better IMO.

The initial version had it's problems, but overall was a great game.

Lair of the Shadow broker was cut content. All assets and voices where there.

For the DLC i hope they add something more than a weapon pack. Maybe Ashley and Kaidan, but that would probably make them even less important in ME3.

He looked like a cockroach to me :P

The end boss was even more anticlimactic.

Also:

EA has all rights on publishing now. Lucas arts is in charge now only for minor development things. EA invested a huge amount of money in the project, it's something that will try to compete with Blizzard , so yes it will have a monthly fee.

PC gaming is not dying. It lost quality however in some very important things in comparison to the golden age.

Difficulty , complexity, storytelling, customization...

The fact that parallel development and releases are not a good thing for the PC is not helping at all, when the size of dev teams is known and the general polices of most companies are becoming more and more mass production and asset creation instead of innovation and pushing boundaries.

Streamlining the amazing word used for reduced complexity and depth .

Every time it comes from a game dev it sounds offending.

Every time a console gamer gets used as excuse for it it makes me wonder.

Whenever it's embraced as improvement it makes me wonder even more.

It's easier to streamline than to create a proper introduction and tutorial.

The idea that PC games are not released is not true, they are however more or less depending on the company`s skill and will, mildly to decent upscaled ports. There are exceptions but it's getting more and more obvious.

NV is the better RPG. ME2 polish adds nothing for me, because I prefer actual gameplay above Cinematics. ME2 is still a good game , but it misses being above average in both genres it supposedly belongs to.

It was very predictable that there is a possibility that the PS 3 version can suffer under Unreal.

That is not something to blame the PS3 for. They managed to kill off the only improvement that ME2 had above ME - the lightning.

It zombified the characters because they definitely tried to fake sharpness and detail on the PS3. That is something that the PS3 version doesn`t need.

I seen the PC version - played it, and seen the very good Xbox version so after seeing the videos it`s all a really bad marketing trick. The even bigger one is the Mass Effect 3 engine.

There is no time left for repairs and the old build thing , well no one is that stupid in the business world.

There is no such thing as the Mass Effect 3 engine.

It is very similar on the PC , you can force whatever setting you want via control panel depending on your TV / Monitor, what stays is the fact that it improves your settings and creates a illusion of superiority. It doesn`t magicaly remove the armor and environment textures and makes them high res, paint`s in the missing details or hides the animation problems on Shepard, so the glaring difference between faces and armors is present for those wanting to see them even after all tweaking, it gains quality but doesn`t remove the differences , at least not without modding. It`s a good thing that there are other things to annoy me in this really great game so I don`t care about the visuals.

So some users of the demo had framerate and sound problems, this is something that doesn`t happen in other games on the PS3. Biowares standard incompetence to work with sound without DirectX is definitely showing.

So the PS3 version can be sharper , with better black color but the only high res textures the skin and faces lose light- shadow, specualrity and glossines.

PS3 users know how Vamp looks and why He looks like that :P , this shouldn`t apply to ME2 characters. It is a way smarter thing to compare multiplats running on Cryo, Visceral, or CDC , for the sake of system wars.

Also it is not a bad thing that PS3 users get to play a game they didn`t had the chance to play. It was a bit to many lies. First the DLC, the Comic exclusivity, the definitive version...

The vision of the ME3 engine on PC is a very funny one for me as PC user.
