@danusty The cost of developing on multiple platforms should be cut almost in half, because now both systems are using PC Architecture type processing. Now they don't have to completely build for each system. Just because it is an improvement dosen't mean it should cost more. You wouldn't think that after an upgrade of a PC to some ridicules proportion, would mean the games became more expensive because YOU were then experiencing a better quality. Right? If you think about the games becoming more and more Micro Transaction based, the initial point of purchase should become cheaper, because long term the consumer keeps spending money... This is why we are witnessing the FTP boom... And this "analyst" thinking AAA titles competing with Free AA and some Free AAA titles should become more expensive... and you agree?
@ZOD777 Not really, you have to approach each area from roughly the same point in crysis 2, though there were multiple ways to get through that area. It pointed all those out to you... Crysis was more like Here you are here is your objective... have fun. They ruined the formula of crysis with crysis 2 and further with crysis 3.
@The_Godfather_ Far Cry 1 was really good, but graphically it looks pretty dated these days... Crysis 1 is still gorgeous, my rig still slows down at certain points in Crysis, and I run BF3 in all ultra with no dips in Frame rate.
@SirNormanislost Well seeing as how Disney didn't start this game, I doubt they have much say in what systems it can go on, having been designed from the beginning to go on much more powerful machines than are currently available.
