Wow, ok so it's time for a history lesson. I'm pretty sure what they are "demonizing" were the Knight's Templar who, strictly speaking, never went on any Crusades. The order was formed as a sort of police force meant to protect travellers on the route to the Holy land. Over time they gained all kinds of power they shouldn't have, and became a kind of Mafia, a greedy band of murderous thugs. They were vastly wealthy, powerful, and feared. Basically they were every bit the villains the game is portraying. You can check out their history here:

You'rewelcome.
MS really rushed into this gen just to have a chance at competing, the 360 has good games and everything but I don´t see how anyone can be happy with MS. Eddie-Vedder
I'm happy with MS, because the 360 has been giving me the best gaming experience of my life. I was a little put out when my console died on me last year, but the replacement including the shipping was totally free. That doesn't suck. I've never had a warranty issue with an electronic product be resolved in such a nice, fast, and inexpensive way - well except for my Nintendo DS, that was just as nicely dealt with when it died two months ago.
This one's simple to figure out. When or if the next gen consoles slip under $200, you will see their sales figures take off. Almost all consoles in the history of history have sold for under $200 and most people aren't willing to pay much more than that.
*sigh*
Why can't Sony just take the leap and support it already? The PS1 added rumble to its controllers well into the life cycle of the system. The whole mess with the technology's licensing was resolved. The time seems right. Just do it already.
Listen up. People only believe what they want to hear. Tell someone the truth when they want to hear a lie and they will hate you. Tell people a lie they want to hear and they will love you and consider you a friend and an honest man.
It's some sort of mass brainwashing game publishers have put themselves through that the believe it's only worth releasing a game in the Fall. With the number of great games coming all at once, they are all bound to sell less thanif they had the cajones to release in the Summer or Spring. Now half of those games are going to hit the bargain rack before we get around to buying them.
[QUOTE="EricForeman"]The new Splinter Cell game is also coming. HeHateMe_basic
no that was Delayed till early 08
Noooooooooooooo!!!!! Oh well, there's plenty to keep my busy till it's out :)
It's kind of hard for people to get their head around it, but if you want a next gen RPG, the 360 right now is the console to own. That may change after the release of Final Fantasy XIII, but it may not.
Enough people bought Oblivion to prove there is an audience for RPG's among the 360 owners. Mass Effect has the potential to do very well. I for one think it looks killer and will pre-order itsoon.
