@frozenux I spent a little over 600 on my pc and do the same thing without monthly fees. Plus I hardly ever spend over $10 on a game while also remaining more current than I could afford to on consoles. It's only expensive to those who constantly upgrade their hardware. You can get good life out of a PC if you picked good parts in the first place.

@randomperson7 Pretty much, especially with some great deals on decent GPU's lately. I've seen the HD 7850 for just a little over $100, cheaper than most 7770's. If I could walk my little cousin into building his own rig over the phone, anyone on these forums can do it.

I'd like to try out a new portable. I've been out of the handheld loop since the DS lite, mostly because I deal with eye-strain.

@Jacanuk It's gaming news because it is concurrent with GaymerX. Even if it wasn't, this site has opinion posts and such as well. I think it is a given that any news site with an official user forum will have some opinion blogging.

@vadagar1 Agreed. I prefer when companies are brave and put the content they feel is right out there in hopes to influence their target audience rather than bend to it. Kind of like what GameSpot seems to be doing right now xD

Anyhow, movements are for increased acceptance in a community so you can feel comfortable doing what you love. For example, women and LGBT need movements, white males do not. Analogously, Privileged do not, under-privileged do.

An end doesn't mean a stop to limitless prequels. I love Assassin's Creed but I can't catch up. I got half way through Revelations before I lost focus and started on multiplayer
