I think your title is misleading TC, you asked how long have we been a HARDCORE gamer. and i think its impossible to be one at such a young age. you could have started gaming at that age but noway could you be considered hardcore. as for me i started gaming during the snes days. I think ive only just recently became a hardcore gamer this gen. Because now I dont even think about starting a game at anything less than normal ( where before i would pick easy or very easy). And usually try to complete the game on all difficulties and collect all the rewards possible.

right now im trying to get everything in DMC4 and its proving to be quite a challenge.

wow im amazed there is alot of hate on this topic about GT5. and just so you know everything in this game is coming from the games ENGINE, not sum prerendered stuff of anything else. and ppl stop making it look like the game looks like crap when actually playing it compared to the gallery, they both look identical except for sum MINOR differences! which you cant even notice when you play!

DMC 3 Sp. had some cool extra's, and outsold the original version of DMC 3 : Dante's Awakening, which is a shame, because it also ruined the games legendary status as a hard game. Ah well, I figure DMC 4 Will be a bit harder than DMC 3 SP, but not as hard as DMC 3.

DMC3 was miles away from being easy! unless you are talking about the Special Edition ofcourse which is much much easier! but also not as satisfying.... overall from my experience of playing NG at my freinds house on the xbox I would have to say DMC3 is much tougher...and if you dont believe so I dare you to try Dante Must Die Hard settings on the SP version!

in terms of known lineup would have to be the PS3. but thats just assuming most of the heavy hitter will be given AAA status or highly acclaimed.

PS2 first year - 6 million sold

MGS2 Sales - over 2 million ( 7 million for total life of the game)

FFX Sales at Jan 2002 = 4 million

and then theres GTA4,GT3, and many other sellers that all did well while the ps2 only had 6MILLION UNITS not 120!

and do not doubt the power of the FF name, FF Crisis Core took helped the PSP take down the moster that is DS(which might i add is beating the crap out of every system nexx gen and handelds) and made the PSP sell more units then the DS for the month is is quite a feat!

First thing, 7 is good. Second, it got some 9s on other websites. Third, I work 40 hours a week and earn a good salary, I'll buy all the game that are interesting. Folklore had a lower review in general and I found it was a great game. A guy opinion =/= my opinion. Finally, the game was made in montreal and I live in montreal and I'm also a programmer. I'll support them and buy their games if they are decent, not sht like EA montreal does.
