[QUOTE="Zaibach"]

[QUOTE="lbjkurono23"] Hurr for some reason I assumed the quick time events would be used for cutscenes... if it's during gameplay then an improved version of bullet time would be best.

I keep wondering who that is too. I'm sure she's an actress, just can't place her.

[QUOTE="Luxen90"]

[QUOTE="Shirokishi_"] Im not a longtime fan of the series but I did playI and II and If memory serves me right there werent many monsters in them nor were they the main threats.

This game however seems to be quite the contrary from what I see. Not cool.

Tomb Raider series has a lot of supernatural stuff in it like monsters. I mean in one of the Tomb Raider game's you can actually get Thor's Hammer.

How does anybody come to the conclusion that undead and other supernatural creatures are out of place in a Tomb Raider game? :?

Same way they come to the conclusion that Tomb Raider has been rebooted three times. I mean, if Legend was a reboot then Resident Evil 4 is a reboot. If Guardian of Light is a reboot then Resident Evil Outbreak is a reboot.

[QUOTE="tehsystemwarior"][QUOTE="Jonzey123"]I don't mind folks who stay in one building/room the entire game. I don't mind snipers who stay in one location. What I hate, and what I refer to as "camping", is when people find some tiny corner, tucked away, where its very difficult to get a grenade in and impossible to shoot from anywhere other than directly in front, and the jsut lay there the entire match, racking up kills as people go past. For them, it's only about kill/death ratio, and bragging about how amazing they are. It's not about capturing the objectives, helping teammates, it's about convincing themselves they're good. Problem is, this type of play can't possible be fun for them. And unfortunately it makes the game less fun for others, which is my real problem. You get killed by some camper, next time you're in the area you try chucking a grenade at him. You can't get him with it. There's no way to aim at him without being gunned down. Your choice is get killed again or just leave. Of course, in COD, you don't have much of a chance to look around because if you're in one place for more than a few seconds (and not hiding in some corner) someone else will run in and shoot you in the back. In conclusion, you can argue that camping is a legitimate tactic all you like, the fact remains that it's not fun for the camper, and it's not fun for anyone else. I play games to have fun. Campers are ruining Black Ops, just as they ruined Modern Warfare 2, just as they ruined Modern Warfare 1. All because these people are so f*****g stupid that they'd rather hide, press one button occasionally and get a 55:6 K/D ratio than enjoy themselves. But hey, who cares about that as long as they can brag about it to their idiot friends.

The problem is campers don't get a 55:6 ratio. They get like a 7:2 ratio and do nothing at all to help their team. I mean, if you sitting in a building, overwatching the B dom flag, then at least your defending the flag. But if your ADSing a staircase to some obsolete building,your not helping your team.

But there are high traffic areas they can do it. All they need is a few kills before they get a chopper gunner, and that gives them another 10+ kills. I always try to take them down with my Strela, but it's hard when you respawn amidst bullets.

The Vietnam war ripped off so many movies about the Vietnam war! What an unoriginal war!

People will be outraged, because apparently people who are already serving time can't ever be treated like humans and never possibly can redeem themselves.

I thought the point of repremanding someone was to rehabilitate them? Who honestly cares if the "good behavior" guys get something nice?

Do we have to be that cruel to never allow a shimmer of an enjoyable day into their lives?

And 1 in 10 makes in sound bigger, when that is essentially 10%.

Its silly that people would rather make a big deal about this, 10% of prisoners ANYWHERE having something nice, whereas in the last 15 years in the US 1 in 8 Death Row inmates have been proven innocent after conviction.

Sure, they should get some sort of reward for good behaviour, but an expensive gaming machine shouldn't be it. There's people out there working good, honest jobs for little pay who maybe can't afford the luxury of owning a PS3, while people who steal just get given one.

Personally I hope they are succesful and cost Activision a lot of money. Then Activision can turn around and just not release the next COD game on the PS3 at all. Maybe then people will stop acting so whiny and entitled.

Umm... 3 new maps, 2 old maps and a zombie map? If it's that, I'd be ok with it.

Question: None of the reviews I've looked at have mentioned hardcore mode. Has anyone said anything about it? Does it work well or just become an annoyance? I guess it might depend on your tolerance for that sort of thing, but I modded Oblivion on PC so I had to eat/sleep/drink and found it more fun.
