Iv got a Panasonic TH-42PX70A Plasma, and Iv been trying to set it up to be linked with all my computers capture card. Now I thought it would be as simple as sticking in some av plugs into the TV outputs, but, for some reason Im unable to get picture from anything other then whats going into the RF input. Does anyone know if there is anyway, to make the output from the TV output something of the the RF signal?

Looks like Tree of tranquility... or animal parade? either way. the wii has 3 harvest moon games, 1 wiiware game, and the SNES original on VC. garrett_duffman
Its not tranquility, Might be animal parade though, but I though it was pretty much just a clone of tranquility but focusing on animals. and from those picks it doesn't look anything like it.

Ok, so doesn't appear to be the memory either. I let memtest do 2 passes and neither brought up any errors. This really has me stumped... Is there a possibility that my psu isn't powerful enough? I know its a little low for what I'm running, but seeing how everything runs fine most of the time I figured it was enough.

It took a bit, but Im pretty certain that these reboots aren't related to cpu temp. Iv had about 5-6 random crashes and each time the cpu hasn't been more then 55C. So any other suggestions on what too look for?

Your cpu wont overheat at 55c. If it was 80 then probably. Some very commom causes for crashing are: Virus's (run:ccleaner, malware bytes, spybot & Avira) Bad sectors on HDD (run a check disk) Naughty drivers (download and install latest video card, sound and chipset driver and install) Faulty RAM (try each stick indivdually to see if one is causing a problem.)

I can rule virus out, as I only formatted the computer yesterday. Bad sectors I can also say isn't the issue, as I recently had a hard drive issue so ran seatools on all drives and they showed nothing of interest. Drivers Im pretty certain are up to date, got then all from the motherboard manufactures site yesterday, so unless the ones there are out of date all should be good. As for the ram, could you suggest a program I could use to test it?

For a few months not my computer has been randomly rebooting/crashing and I have no idea what is causing it. Nothing seems to be showing up in Event Viewer although, it does keep freezing up often when looking through all the events. Is there any programs that can monitor stuff for this that doesn't use a lot of resources. The crashing/rebooting is so random I cant really do anything to make it happen so I'm finding it hard to diagnose.

My system is:

OS: WinXP Home 32bit

PCU: AMD PII X2 545

GPU: HD4870
RAM: 2x 2GB DDR3

MoBo: Asus M4A79XTD EVO

PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower 430w

Also got 4HDD's, TV Capture card, DVD Burner and a card reader.

Thats pretty much everything in this PC, so hopefully someone can help me get to the bottom of this.

Alright, just formated the HDD and now it seems to be passing all the tests. I'll re-install my games and programs, and see if I still have issues...

ok, so I downloaded SeaTools and seem to be failing both Short and Long Drive Self Test on the HDD I suspected was having the issue. So, Could this be causing the long load/transfer times? And What exactly is a Drive Self Test...

Does updating hdd firmware do much for performance?

Also, the things that iv been noticing are, increased transfer times between HDD's, and constant freezing in FO3 along with insanely long load times. I know it shouldn't be doing this because Iv been playing the game for months running without an issues. Just all of a sudden yesterday, it started freezing up and running slow. Iv got 3 seagate HDD's running, an 80gb Barracuda 7200.7, 200gb Barracuda 7200.9 and 250gb Barracuda 7200.10.

As for my actual pc specs, Im running an AMD PII 545 at 3ghz, 2x2GB DDR3 1333 Gskill RAM, and an ATI HD4870 1gb.
