A couple things here. First and foremost, the video blog won't be happening today. I overestimated the software and it seems like it's going through a bit of trouble right now. I also overestimated Gamespot since whenever I try and go to upload a video, it gives me a fatal error. Great. We'll see if that changes soon but don't count on it. On the plus side, the video's all shot and is being uploaded to my comp as I write this.

The second thing has to do with the 360 that I've been talking about. Well, if you read LinkRul3s' blog, then you've already been introduced to the website. Basically, I need all of you to do me a favor. And in doing me a favor, you could be doing yourself a favor as well. Now please read this, it is not spamming or anything and it could get u free stuff with only about 20 minutes of ur time! You will be taken to the stamps.com site which is a completely legit site and just sign up there. The tricky part comes here. The offer is for a month free trial but even tho it's free, you still have to give them a credit/debit card (for if you stay with them.). They won't withdraw any money or bill you anything or whatever you're worried about but you do have to have the card to give them. Once you give them that, download and install the software (it's spyware free, i promise) then check back to the 360 elite site and it wait till you see offer completed. It should say it on your main profile screen. Now cancel your stamps.com account and they will charge you nothing and your offer is still complete! now get 9-12 people to do the same thing and ur done! free 360! also, if you don't want a 360 or if you already have one, they have plenty of other awards too. Ugghh... so early in my journey, disaster strikes! Turns out that I don't have a firewirecable which is necessary for getting video to my computer from my camcorder. Thankfully, my dad is sympathetic to my plight and let me order one using his card. Yay! free cable for me! the downside is, the thing won't be here for over a week. The earliest estimated delivery day was the 23rd and the 28th at the latest. Great. Oh well. Video blog desires will have to be put on hold for a little while. Until then, i might just do a voice only blog since my mic is working fine. Kinda debating on that. Either way, nothing will be up today :cry:. At least by the time my first vid is done, i'll have Resident Evil 0 and CVX to show off! Yay! Maybe .Hack//G.U. if i'm lucky and GF gets my game soon :P. Peace everyone!

Eureka!!! Problem solved. My dad realized that he had bought a firewire cable a while back and forgot about it. He pulled it out from under a drawer and so far everything connects fine. I have yet to test if it connects up to the software i'm using but i have no doubt that it will work perfectly. Unfortunately, i'm out of time before work so I'm not gonna be able to make the video itself. I'll see if i can make it tonight after work or, if i'm too tired or whatever, tomorrow afternoon. My journey to become one among the ranks of video bloggers has begun! I have found my families video camera (which is actually a lot nicer than I expected) and I think I have all the right cables and crap. Now I just have to figure out how to use it which shouldn't be too tough. If i'm lucky I might even have my very first video blog up today before work! If not, then I don't know when. K so, in my job, part of what i do at the pizza place is take orders from people calling in. Needless to say, most of the people are very nice over the phone and pretty cool about me being new and a little slow. Anyway, gotten past that and now I can take orders pretty quickly. Anyway, a guy calls in and when I ask him to repeat his name (some phones are just really really quiet and I can't hear it the first time), the guy just starts screamin me out and saying how incompetent we all are and how stupid this is and BS like that. Ok. I'm cool with it, some a$$ is having a bad day. But I wanted to pass this on to u guys to say, whenever you call anywhere, unless the person really REALLY deserves it, don't yell at them. They're trying to do their job and yelling at them isn't going to help at all. Probably just gonna get them to spit in ur pizza :P. Haha JK JK. I wouldn't do that but I know some people would. Anyway, just throwing that out there cuz it really annoyed the hell outta me and I wish my manager wasn't there so I could have really called the guy out.

Umm... still waiting on RE0 and CVX. Some people were asking which one's i've played and stuff like that so I decided to post that here in my blog. I've played Resident Evil 1, 2 (haven't finished but some of it), 3, Code: Veronica (just the beginning since my game is glitched), 4 (including Seperate Ways, the bonus thing on the PS2 version), and Gaiden for the game boy. I got that before I got my DC. K well, that's all! I'm working on getting a good video camera so I can make my very first video blog! Short blog post today. Sorry i've been almost completely inactive for the last few days. Various reasons. Anyway, if you read my last blog, you know that I just recently completed the first Resident Evil game. To follow up on that, I just ordered Resident Evil Zero and Resident Evil: Code Veronica X. I'm really, REALLY happy about Code Veronica X since I have the original Dreamcast version but it's glitchy (got it from my friend for free but he didn't take very good care of his games so...). It freezes up about half n' hour into the game. Try and go through a door and black screen... sux. So anyway, I'm probably gonna play through Code Veronica X first then go to Zero. After that, i'm gonna try and find 2 for a reasonable price (found a used copy for 40 bucks! BS!!!). Probably not gonna play 3 cuz.. well.. i hated it when I played it for the PC.Sux ballz. It would probably be fine if it weren't for the stupid Nemesis following you around everywhere, preventing you from doing anything useful, always shouting out "stars...." in it's really computerized voice... anyway. That's a rant for a different day. CVX and 0 will probably be here in about a week - week 1/2. Can't wait. K peace everyone!

First of all, I finished Resident Evil yesterday. Got the best ending with Chris (saved Rebecca and Jill, blew up the mansion) and yeah. rocketed the tyrant. Pretty funny stuff.

Anyway, sorry I haven't been commenting on all ur blogs recently. I'm really caught up in the facebook obsession right now. It'll pass over soon enough but for now, i'm so addicted... You all should try it out. Especially gamers, there are a lot of really cool things out there for gamers. Right now I have a profile program that plays any NES game ever made, including fan made games, hacks, and the official nintendo games. Really cool stuff. There's also arcade games where you can compare ur scores with ur friends, funny text games like pirates where you try and get the most amount of gold while leveling up and destroying other people's ships. Finally, there are versus games where you try and recruit as many people to ur side as you can. The one i'm currently in is called Pirates vs. Ninja's. I'm a ninja and you basically just send out requests to all ur friends and then for every person u recruit, you gain a level. Also, for every person recruited by ur "inner circle" you also gain a level. It's pretty cool stuff. Anyway, check it out for urself. I'm sure u'll find something amazing! Peace all!

First off, short update on my life in the real world. Just started working on the phones at work and that's pretty weird so far. I really don't like talking on phones so taking orders for pizza when I still don't really know how to use the computer is a little awkward but i'm getting it pretty fast. When I took my first call, my manager didn't really explain to me how to use the computer, just told me how to talk to the person. If i weren't good with comps, I would have been dead right there... My manager's awesome, she just forgot to explain a lot of stuff since we were short-staffed.

K anyway, the results of the 360 poll!!! I didn't realize it would be as divided as it was... anyway, drum role please... *drum role insues...* and the winner is... *climax* PREMIUM!!!!! YAY!!!!!! Thanks for all your opinions, they really helped me decide. I figure that i'm gonna go with thepremium because I don't plan on keeping a lot of saved game data on the 360 itself. Since I use gamefly and mostly play RPG's anyway, I won't need the data afterwards so i'll just delete it. So the few games i'm gonna keep on there are easily gonna fit in 20gigs. Then the rest of the space i'll save for game demos and stuff. I won't be watching movies or listening to music or anything on it so that won't be a problem.Anyway, I owe my parents a hefty sum so it'll probably be longer than I thought before I get the 360. Hopefully, with holiday season i'll save up enough to get it. Super Smash Bros. Brawl takes high priority over the 360 so... maybe the price will go down in that amount of time too lol.

Facebook seems a lot easier to use than Myspace so i'm probably gonna stick with that.

Finally!! Last thing, I promise! I'm playin Resident Evil again for the GC (the first one) and i'm playing as Chris Redfield. I'm really surprised how easy the game is now. It's been a LOOOOOOOOONG time since i played it before so I don't really remember many of the puzzles so it's like playing it new again! Anyway, I have not once been killed by any of the zombies/hunters. The dogs have killed me once and that's only cuz they knocked me to the floor when I didn't have any self-defense items left (an instant kill basically) Then I, embarrassing as it is, was killed in the Aqua Ring when the sharks start breaking the glass... yeah... I drowned in a zombie game :P. Anyway, now i'm in the labs, the last area of the game, and i'm pretty ready for the game to be over. I'm gonna try to play them all over again in prep for Resident Evil 5 when Umbrella returns!!! Also, can't wait for Umbrella Chronicles... so! That's all for now! I've been thinkin ahead to when I get my 360 and I'm still not sure which I should get... I know i'm either gonna get the Elite or the premium cuz I figure a hard drive is gonna be needed but I can't decide between those two. I don't have an HDTV so the cords aren't the problem. Is space really a problem? I understand that it's substantially more space (100gigs) but am I really gonna need all that? I'm probably not gonna be putting music on the 360 but other than that,i don't know... tell me ur opinions please!

K so today, I had an audition for an anti-smoking ad which is fine and cool. I don't like smoking so it seems cool. and it would be my first pay job!! yay!! Unfortunately, the whole audition was soooooooooo messed up. So first we're driving around Seattle,which, if you've ever been to Seattle you know, SUX A$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seattle is the worst city ever to drive in. It doesn't have the worst traffic ever (although it was pretty bad today and I can say that since I used to go down to L.A. for long periods of time), the roads make absolutely no sense at all. It's pretty much impossible to find anything and all the rules for finding where streets go normally are wrong here. stupid...

So, anyway,once we finally found the place and found parking (which was significantly harder than actually finding the place :P), we went inside and found a spot to sit and fill out the forms (they always give ya a casting sheet or whatever to fill out with all ur info and crap.). The fun started when I saw another guy's resume who was sitting in the waiting room. CRAP!!!! I FORGOT MY HEADSHOT!!! Now I had learned in my previous classes and stuff that if you forget your resume/headshot, you can pretty much count the job out. After this devastating realization, I looked over the script again for the audition, thinking i could just "wow" the casting director so much, he would overlook my mistake. Now before I go on, realize that I just got this script today, this morning. I had no idea that I had an audition today until about noon today and the audition was at 2:10. So I didn't exactly get a lot of time to look over the script. Anyway, I figured beforehand that I only had one line in the commercial and this jingle that was on the script would be sung by a chorus or whatever like they usually do. nope... turns out that the part I played was actually singing the song!! Oh crap! So now I have about 2 minutes to figure out this song which doesn't have a tune to it at all. So i have to make up a tune for this song and then sing it to this guy in about 2 minutes. so i hurry and make up a stupid tune and hope that that will work. It doesn't help matters that I haven't sung in front of anyone in years and am kind of embarrassed to do so. And by "kind of embarrassed" I mean "really embarrassed". So I haven't sung in front of anyone in years and now i'm about to go in and sing a song i memorized in 2 minutes that has a tune i just made up on the spot. So i'm freakin out when the guy calls me in. He's nice enough tho so i'm a little more calm. So, I slate (say my name, age, stuff like that) and he tells me to get on the couch and do the part of the second person! Turns out, I was never meant to do that part at all! I was doing a completely different part that doesn't say anything!!! OMG!!!! So i freaked out and memorized this jingle for nothing!! ugghh... so messed up. Well, at least it went pretty well once I was actually in there. It's just everything else that I could have screwed up on, I did...
