Hey everyone. So by my title, you can obviously tell i'm not in the best of moods. First off, i'm gonna start with something that happened a couple days ago and then get into what happened. I was hanging out with a friend all saturday (we finally beat resistance!! yay!! pretty fun game.) playing random PS3/360 games that he has on his massive huge HDTV. I don't have an HDTV so graphics aren't a super huge deal to me as far as games go but after the first time I played GoW on his TV... wow... just wow... Anyway, he lets me borrow Daxter for the PSP cuz he heard that I liked the first Jak and Daxter game. So anyway, when I get home, I'm looking around for my PSP stuff. This is pretty hard to do since I haven't played my PSP in almost a year. Let's just say, there aren't too many great games out there for the PSP just yet... or at all... so I don't exactly play it that much. After finally finding my PSP in an old subway bag (yeah, i have no idea :P) I realize the batteries have died... Great. I'm just gonna throw this out there because I still don't understand it. How do the PSP's batteries die when i'm not using it at all? Apparently it takes battery power to stay off... fun. So i'm looking around for the charger. Well, it turns out my charger decided it liked Montana sooooo much (the last time I played it was on a college visit to Montana) that it decided it didn't want to leave. I haven't seen it since. So today, my friend let me borrow his charger too so that I could play Daxter but basically, this means that I have to buy a new power cord so I can sell my PSP as soon as I beat the new KH game that could be coming out for it. Spectacular.
Anyway, this is just kind of a small annoyance. Not reallya big deal to me. The big deal is in my school schedule. Now as most of you know who read my blogs, I'm extremely happy with my school schedule. The only thing was that I had a small problem with it. I had a single semester class for 2 semesters in a row. I write it on a little sheet and give it to the counselors to fix cuz that's what they do. Anyway, surprise, surprise, i come into class first period and I have a nice little revised schedule for me. Instead of changing the one problem in second semester, they decide to completely skew my entire first semester schedule. The one that I was really happy with. Great. So they put me down for Graphic Arts (which is actually just an art class. Not good for me since I can't draw AT ALL), psych and japanese are the same but then I had Forensics fourth period (i had it first before) and then a public speaking class. Of course, right after first period I go to my counselor and basically, in nicer terms ask wtf did you do? Well, she decided that this was the best way to change my schedule so that I could graduate on time. !!!! I freak out and basically say, I would rather take the same class twice than live with this. change it back! She says she can't cuz now the thing is full. Well, that's just great. Finally, she changes my english class this year to Contemporary Fiction (which i've heard is really boring and full of essays and work to do.) and just switches around the classes i already had. Now what I'm really pissed about is that, last year, I got my schedule in on the first day for this year. That combined with the fact that i'm a senior means that I should have had first priority for classes but because they screwed up and put me down for the same freakin class twice, means that all the sudden, i'm stuck in an english class I really didn't want to take. I even had 3 other choices for english classes that would have been fine but no, those are all full now. Basically, i'm pissed off at the school system for essentially f***ing up and because of their mistake, my senior year is screwed up. This changes my lunch which means i'm with no one since all my friends were at the lunch I had originally, and my mythology class was set to be my number 1 class for my whole high school career not only because the class was cool but because I was with 2 of my best friends, one which i haven't had in a class since second grade. Now that's shot... thanks counselors, thanks skyline. you f***ed up...
Well, now i've got that boring tutoring thing I mentioned earlier and work right after. Hopefully, after all that, I can play some Daxter to raise my mood. Sorry for the rant guys, and wish me good luck in Cntemp. Fiction tomorrow. I think i'm gonna need it...
