Clotho "If history is to change, let it change! If the world is to be destroyed, so be it! If my fate is to die, I must simply laugh!" - Magus
Loom Chamber:Floor 1 - I used Motk from range on the arms and proceeded upwards
Loom Chamber:Floor 2 - Same as before using MotK to damage the arms safely. I did the puzzles and proceeded.
Loom Chamber:Floor 3 - I went to the right and used CR to clear the cadavers without having to climb the wall. I used the amulet and used the hammer to harm her left arm and pushed the lever into position. I let her arm come back up, then used the amulet, got close to her and used rage with the hammer to injure both arms, I then pulled up the blade, used the same tactic to injure her arms, and finished her off.
Loom Chamber:Floor 3:Hallway -Navigate
Loom Chamber:Floor 4 -Navigate, pull lever and get to threads
Loom Chamber:Floor 3:Strands of Time -Operate correct strands, get to Mirror and leap through

Zeus "Deserve's got nothing to do with it" - William Munny.
"See the Eagle's brilliant eye, And wings on which he holds the sky! He spies the land and spies the sea, And even spies a child like me."
Stage 1 - Not too bad. I used exclusively DR, and AQ in this phase. I was able to get in a couple of DR before the sirens appeared on his right hand. Once they appeared I was able to quickly hit the first with DR twice, then got pushed back, and a third got a prompt. I grabbed her, and use AQ to trick through Zeus's fist, which did enough damage to knock his hand back, and separate the sirens. They drop a bunch of magic orbs so I wasn't in danger of running out. The only thing that really got me here was it took a few tries to get the timing of roll tricking through their screams, and Zeus's ground pound seems to be a 1 hit kill. With AQ knocking them away from each other it was just getting a prompt on one with DR, then using AQ as the fist came down. It didn't take too long for the next phase to begin.
Stage 2 - Fairly straightforward. I played this whole fight pretty conservatively. I countered his lightning bolts with the fleece, and jumped over his follow up punch, which allows for a few hits. His attack where he smashes down in front of him with the force then uses it to send a beam along the ground I jumped over him to avoid. His punch combination is easy to parry and counter, or block and jump over him to avoid the third hit. The majority of this phase was me letting him teleport around and getting in hits when I could. My preferred combination was tss, but I'd just use s or ss if I didn't feel I had the time to safely land in that t. It's tough to get a long combination in on him so I didn't even try, opting to wear him down slowly and safely after avoiding his attacks. I noticed when he's trying to grab you after the phase change the combo counter goes up if you hit him. Does that damage transfer to the next phase?
Stage 3 - I was having trouble with this phase and I consulted this video for guidance http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0yuSXdrw2s. Every time I do a youtube search for a God of War video Shinobier is almost always the first to come up so his video is the one I ended up using. I'm not sure the cause of it, but if you stay away from him and keep swinging your blades he won't teleport around, but will just walk towards you. I was able to use t3 repeatedly while trying to keep him in the middle in relative safety. It took a bit but that was enough to get me through to the next phase. I got hit using my magic on TB when the phase started.
Stage 4 - Same as 2 but I played even more carefully, haven taken damage at the start of the earlier phase and only being around half health. It's just like 2 with avoiding his attacks as noted and getting in a few hits when I could.
Stage 5 - I hit Rage of the titans and started using s hits and it only took a few seconds before he stumbled and I got the prompt. This was a real tough run and I'd like to thank GMG for his help making it possible.

>DBG The magic girls well was starting to run dry so I stuck my finger into the Vegeta has defeated Goku twice spring and people are eating it up. You should check out my handiwork if you get a chance in the Goku vs Vegeta topic.
>MGS3 Did you ever play Peace Walker Snake? It's a must play if you haven't.
>Flagg Have you read The Eyes of the Dragon? It's got him in it, but he gives a pretty poor performance. I assume this is one of Flagg's earlier adventures, although he's at least 1000 by the time of that book.
>The Crimson King That guy is a really bizarre villain. His plan to use Mordred as a back up to defeat Roland has gotta be one of the most convoluted plans ever conceived by a villain.
>Pacquiao I'm sure juicing is prevalent in all sports, but I singled out this guy because he was something like 30 years old before he came on the American scene and knocked out all those people. He had a decent knockout record before coming to the US though.
>195KG clean and jerk It's hard to tell from that video but he's a pretty short guy too, only about 5 foot 7.
>Reading I was actually talking to GMG there.
>Not there yet I didn't think I was, this isn't even the longest I have spent on one part. The 3 Geryons fight in my PAIN+ has the distinction if you don't count Phase 2 Persephone in PAIN+, which I eventually just flat out gave up on. I was just curious if you happened to know off hand the longest any runner has spent on any one part without quitting.
>Cancels with hammer I only knew of block cancelling and CR cancelling. I'll try out TB cancelling at some point.
>Tricking I'm quite good at tricking with the roll. With the bow I can trick through certain things, but not many. For PAIN+ I'm gonna be consulting videos for most of the run so I'll see good places to use and practice it.
>Could have mixed it up more Agreed, they went overboard with the legionnaires here, having them prominently featured in 5 of the 7 waves.
>Hypothetical 9X Wraiths of Asphodel 9 at once is a little much to ask of a runner. 3 or 4 at once seems fair with a total of 9
>Slapped around in wave 2 A bit careless indeed. I'm so used to watching for the blue flash from the armored legionnaires that I got hit by one of the unarmored ones.
>W5 I'm gonna have to use the arena to get used to fighting these enemies without the hammer, but that run isn't gonna be for a bit.
>MotK on the rubbish I had a tiny sliver of health left and no magic. I wanted to take no risks here. Getting all the way down, and clearing out the cyclopes only to be killed by some mook would be very disheartening, so I decided not to risk it and just chip them away to ensure I could move on.
>Berserk I used to have a friend who was all about it and he told me the premise. I always intended to read the manga, but never got around to it. Isn't it about a feller named Gatsu who has to defeat various monsters on his quest to do something?
>Next Not sure if I'm gonna do NUR+ of 1 or 3 yet, but I'm leaning towards 3. I'm probably gonna do a run of Fight Night Champion single player story mode on Greatest of All Time difficulty. A very tough run, but a short game so it shouldn't take long.
