The used market has always existed but for some reason its only been more recently that publishers/developers have complained about its effect. Wiping out an entire side market is not the solution to the problem, considering there is absolutely no evidence that people will all of a sudden start paying full price if they were used game shoppers before. Its more likely they wont buy the game.
@EddieDominguez Do you mean that in a "glad-to-see-them-fail" kind of way? Otherwise the only "funny thing" is that Microsoft will lose many potential sales.
Every hour check in?!? This is such a horrible policy plan, what is Microsoft thinking? Do they realize they are isolating the core gamers? I guess they're depending on the casual and the uninformed to support their sales.
