its what i said, there are games that you need to own a console to play,(i tought mgs port was pretty good and vr missions pretty intresting) also you should try pc racing sims , they are the best out there, Collin rally games and GTR 2 are way better then console sims, about those other games i agree with you thats why i like all plataforms

Well if thats the case, one should get ALL consoles. But lets just say Im for great graphics + gameplay. Should I even bother with the console which have last gen graphics? And good games are just as many for the PC.

iam a gamer, all consoles have games that intrest me, therefore i cant say that any console is pointless, some people will find more games that intrest them on a specifc plataform, i play games mainly on PC since it has more games for me, but still id buy all 3 consoles if i could afford them, so how can i say they are pointless if i accuatly can imagine myself owning all 3+pc?

it was an good game, but it was filled with bugs and glitches, and kinda short, i saw all endings of the game, and played trough it 2 times, good game, nothing amazing.

and about oblivion, i think oblivion is one of the most overrated games of the past few years, but that dosent make Dark messiah better by any means.

Im using windows because its the OS that is the best for games currently. I personaly hate Microsofts monopoly over 'everything', just like apples buisness model.

Sure there are MS fanboys amoung PC gamers, but me - like most gamers use the OS simply for gaming.

theres also a large ammount of people that rather use wine and cedega to emulate dx9 (and dx10 soon) to avoid suporting microsoft, not to mention that according to most console only gamers on this forum every single hermit pirate every single software installed on their HDD , so i could also say that most windows out there(amongst gamers) arent orignal

Come up with some real reasons for crying out loud.. The reasons you have been stated are false because you CAN do it with the computer... Maybe if you gave some legitimate reasons such as prefering certain genres that are only on consoles, split screen etc.. Stuff that the pc has trouble doing, then I could at least take your post seriously.

As in splitscreen multiplayer, being able to play off one system with multiple people... Though I think its a trade off, sense PC does have the best online multiplayer out there in both customizability, quality, content and it being free.

But what I'm wondering is: Why can't PC's do split screen?

Its not that they can't its just close to 0% of games out there support it.. I am indifferent as a PC gamer one of my favorite games was Marvel Ultimate Alliance on the Xbox360 with 3 other friends. Then again no console has my beloved Freespace 2 either, so there is always a trade off in numerous areas..

Why?! Why does it have to be one version is better than the other.. Me personally ive never played a UT game but im getting this on my PS3 day 1 because I love what Epic did with Gears of war and I love online multiplayer shooters so ill know i will love this game..

also its a sequel, its aimed for the comunity that bought the previous games, thats why its so important to base the reviews for people that already played the previous games since they are the ones who should be more intrested on the game
