[QUOTE="Mizarus"]well you agreed that theres good games on consoles, then those games should warrant a purchase, therefore not being pointless. the point of owning a console is, playng games that dont come out for pc and that attract you more then the Pc libary, also it has a easy interface so anyone can use it including kids, and kids and teenagers still are the core of console gaming(yes i know pc's are simple enough ive used them since i was 6 but thats not my point)i belive pc gaming is indeed superior, but i cant say everyone should agree with me, because i can understand how somone would rather play on another plataform, it dosent matter if it has worst graphics and less games, snes and ps1 both have games that are better then most of the crap we are getting this gen, not to mention dreamcast that had a very small libary but lots of amazing games.he main reason i like pc better is because its not only a gaming machine, i can use teamspeak all day while playng diferent games, i can check my email while i play games and do all sort of stuff like mess around on 3dstudio and photoshop, if id choose a plataform just for gaming i dont think id be able to make a decisionVandalvideoUnfortunately, when it all boils down to it, the only valid reasoning we've established behind choosing a console over a PC is that of preference. There are no objective, observable facts that show that the console is superior in any capacity whatsoever. You can state your preference all day, and theres nothing I can say do dissuade you. However, preference does not circumvent fact.
yes, but i think hardware wise everyone should be able to agree that the pc is indeed superior, but for some reason, even on that topic theres some discussion
