id take me 3seconds to think of a made up rig 1 for motherboard, 1 for cpu and 1 for gpu and ram... you say like its ultra hard making up you own a Q6600,4gm oc'd ram and 2 8800gtx on sli , and if you dont know enough about pc's you just need to go to google or newegg, and dig yourself up with a nice rig anyone can do that in less then 30seconds

thats why PC gaming is in dead last place, the value doesnt justify the cost.

i tought we had over 12million 8800's sold already and thats only high end gaming, how is it that pc gaming is dead in last place if its selling waymore then consoles?

dont, you should be able to maxout the game on dx9, and no one should listen to a guys opinion about Crysis and his pc if he has 360 on his nick.

PC = need for install of a OS to work (yes I know they can come preinstalled but you get my point) ...Console = No will work out of the box without need to get a OS..DanBrim1

consoles come with os preinstalled or they woudnt even be able to play games, the diference is on the console its a standard feature while the same is not the case on the pc.

if the game release 7years after met system requirements it can run, oblivion was the top of the cake when it came out, but there are a few games that the 7year old pc will still be able to run, the same as games being release on a console late life, it just dosent go as noticed as a new game on a console but it happens aswell.

You are called an idiot on the game forums if you play with consoles and don't know how to properly maintain a computer. Back in the real world though you are fine and the people who know computers may be called "computer experts", or more likely nerds. I'm sick and tired of searching for web for answers why my game doesn't work. And most of the time it's "Your combination of hardware causes this. Please wait for a patch". It's a genuine disadvantage. Deal with it hermits. Stop the damn damage control. I understand some of you may have never had these problems, but that doesn't mean others don't. And I'm a hermit too.
