Im a huge BF3 fan getting it for PC ftw

However I have noticed so far DICE is just showing how awesome their gfx and sp and shown nothing of MP or even shown any cool features. I remember before Bf2 was released they showed tons of features such as planes with flares, battlefield recorder, changing uniforms as well as the commander and squad mechanics which were big at the time. Now it seems that they only care about showing their SP and how pretty their game is, the fact is 99% of gamers arent buying this game for the SP.

I agree but people demand cutting-edge graphics and you can't have everything.

Oh I agree completely that they're doing fantastic now, but their game division took a really big hit for several years and I don't think that's something that the parent company is going to want to do two generations in a row. Sony should want to keep this gen running as long as possible to maximize profits, but here comes Nintendo knocking down the door and Microsoft is in a much better position to release a new console since they could just make it Kinect enabled and they have sold their consoles for a profit for a long time.

so true, sony NEEDS this gen to last. they took a huge hit this gen financially, they're not used to that.

Rest of the industry needs this gen to die already, the tech differences are two vast to be ignored, consoles are pretty much maxed out

Some people dont feel liek exclusively playing one console all the time, so a people who take a break from xbox to play their pc, ps3 or their just plain busy will waste paid time on their xbox live

Yes. The features are amazing, free, simple, and hassle-free. Way Better then Xbox LIVE and PSN. The only problem I have them is; they rarely have sales on Brand New Games. So I always go to Direct 2 Drive, Key Store, or Retail for brand new games. Can't beat a $35 Brand New Day One Game. =D Other then brand new games; the rest of the games I buy on Steam unless some where else is cheaper. ShadowDeathX
