I agree that men should be called out on sexist behavior, but this is coming across as a witch hunt for industry feminists. And of course, it's toxic Brianna Wu who's leading the charge. It doesn't sound like Bushnell did much more than be a nerdy douchebro to women which, fine, don't give him the award. He is clearly okay with it anyway. But stop spraying poison at every single guy that moves in a way that isn't straight. You can't change an entire culture or industry by lighting it on fire. I don't even understand how Brianna can say that he should get the award, but not this year. Do his actions suddenly not matter next year? He either deserves it, or he doesn't. If he deserves it, it doesn't matter when he gets it. Him deserving the award and his douchey behavior will always run parallel.

I'm glad that people who didn't get to experience it in 2005 will have the chance to do so now, but I really wish they would have done something to change the game for people who have already experienced it. It would have made returning to this world a wonderful new experience instead of just a beautiful update to it.

Well, if the show sticks mainly to the book, then yeah, it's supposed to be pretty hardcore. I read it after it was on a recommended list of cyberpunk novels and it did not disappoint. Although I found the novel a bit too meandering throughout, I found much of it quite enjoyable. Looking forward to watching this.

@Greyfox-101: It's not. Read the book, it's a good read.

I suddenly feel less enthusiastic about Anthem. If there's that much pressure, I fear for the quality. I couldn't care about the new Dragon Age.

I'm always looking for good Metroidvania style games, so I'll have to check this one out.

@jsty: By contrast, on PS4, I can typically find a new game worth getting at least once a month. Since the Switch has come out, Mario is the only game I was both interested in and enjoyed enough to play through the entire thing. Having seen Nintendo's latest Treehouse thing or w/e, I couldn't see any games I cared for. Having looked to what they have in store for 2018, it doesn't look much better. Lots of uninteresting Indies and ports. No thanks.

I wish Nintendo would put this much effort into churning out new games and getting third party support. Then I may have kept my Switch, if I didn't have to wait 3-6 months for a game to come out that was worth getting.

@deviltaz35: Well, that and it's based on a series of books called The Witcher. So far, they have not deviated in name what they adapt.
