@Sevenizz: You're not, world pvp in Fallout 76 will definitely be a thing with like minded players. This is about griefing not pvp. If you want 'player vs someone that doesn't want to fight' then you'll have to look elsewhere or you could still kill them regardless and get a bounty on your head, then you'll have some pvp for sure.

@Runeweaver: Nope they have a pacify mode where you can not harm another player. They had QA testers being the biggest douche nozzles they could be and what you described has already been thought of and taken care of.

@thecatsix: Completely agree. Las Vegas could and should have been a much better location for a Fallout game, especially if BGS had done it. Oh well.

New Vegas was garbage, thankfully Bethesda are keeping the Fallout series in house.
