This is awesome news being a huge Fallout fan! I believe Bethesda Games Studios will also announce Starfield. Some of you angry kids need to calm down, Bethesda Game Studios has three studios in total, Maryland (the main one), Montreal and Austin. I'd bet a small fortune that teams from those studios were making this while BGS Maryland have been concentrating on their new IP Starfield. Expect an announcement on that at E3. Todd Howard has said they were working on two large AAA games and they were not Elder Scrolls. Fallout 76 and Starfield. ES6 will come but it will be on next gen platforms.
@thebigwig1894: Sadly I was being serious, I have finished the game, in fact I was playing it again the other day after a few years and it was crap. Sorry but F4 did everything so much better I'm afraid.
@mpl911: I also only play on Survival, I started the game again once the patch released and love it. Not fast travelling can be painful at times but I went with the BOS for their fast travel vertibirds, not instant but pretty good with more of a sense of realism. I have played just over 15days on that survival save, so 360+ hours, level 94. I also build quite a bit which I really enjoy. I can jump on for an hour or two every so often and the game still feels fresh and surprisingly I still find stuff that I hadn't seen before. You find a LOT more hidden things by not being able to fast travel and certainly learn the terrain better. The games gets easier around level 65-80 due to perks and gear, etc which is a pity but it still has some oh shit moments. Survival F4 has produced some great memorable moments because of the inability to save outside of beds, weight restrictions, ammo weight, etc, eating, drinking, disease, for me, no other game has produced that level of tension because of it. Lets hope Fallout 76 has a similar option. Can't wait.
New Vegas was and is horribly over rated. Bland setting, pathetic asinine story that ends lol, there is no game over in Fallout games sorry, horrible 2 person repetitive voice acting, the worst factions in any Fallout game ever, no settlement building, no settlements, no voiced protagonist, no memorable quests, weak dlc, probably the buggiest game in the history of ever, failed Metacritic score with the developers deservedly missing out on a pay bonus for not reaching a pretty easy target for a franchise like Fallout. I could go on and on about New Vegas' over ratedness. Fallout 4 is easily the best game in the series followed by F3, the others are average beyond belief. Its not lost on me that Bethesda Game Studios didn't make 1, 2 or NV, it showed.
@PSYCHOV3N0M: I can tell you that it doesn't. It has five DLCs Automatron, Far Harbor and Nuka World are excellent and add a tonne of stuff to the game. I am a huge fan of settlement building, arming and outfitting settlers, etc. I am still playing it and I have had it since release. Incredibly good game and I recommend playing it on Survival mode.
