Yep. Bethesda has a dirty backside and they expect gamers to help them clean it. That's why I wait for a year or two to even consider one of Bethesda's games (and by then, I'm usually over my curiosity). People who say "You Don't Understand the SCOPE of What They're Trying To Do" don't understand that using up miles of HDD for patches, and still getting a game that snaps in two, is a Fool's Errand to most of us who have lives outside gaming.

Sorry you lost 30 hours of your life. I stopped being on the Bethes-dope after it (game-ending glitch) happened on "Morrowind". I sat there in my chair for a full five minutes, controller in my lap, saying "You're **** Kidding Me."

Never again. Never again.

There's actually a new color by Sony out now, too. It's a digital camouflage. At least it's new to me; I haven't seen it before. There's also always this site, if you're willing to pay for a nice looking controller with colors not produced by Sony.

based on what i read, i'm betting it kicks in right after the end game credits, in other words you don't select it as an option, its literally another big ass mission u tack on right after beating the main game.

From what I have read , you see it towards the end of the game.

NOTE:I googled this article about this...the article is not impressed with it, but I meant to get you an answer...

so i bought the game today, first thing i did was download the missing link DLC, but when i got to the main menu i couldn't find it anywhere.. do i have to beat the game or something to access it? seriously cause this DLC cost me over 13 bucks!

I know just how you feel, the last time I played DOA proper was 10 years ago with DOA2: Hardcore. But at least the PS2 had one DOA game. On the bright side DOA5 is confirmed for PS3 and even though I am skeptical due to Itagaki not being a part of it I am glad I will finally be able to play a DOA game next year.

As of now I have to agree. MK9 is packed with content and although the net code is bad the single player content is amazing and the fighting mechanics are the best ever in a MK game.

I love Skyrim, I've played the**** out of it and I'm currently on my second playthrough. On my first playthrough the frame-rate issues really pissed me off at times and som minor annoying glitches here and there but fine... Skyrim is a huge game I guess you have to accept some issues.

But now only 10 minutes ago on my second playthrough, playing a thief type character on the Twilight Sepulcher quest... a good 30 hours played when Skyrim presented me with my first game-ending glitch... I am livid... I have basically WASTED 30+ hours playing a thief character (yeah I wanted to do the thieves guild quest-line with a thief-type character).

Basically it goes like this, if you enter the Twilight Sepulcher and leave, the door closes to it and never re-opens and I had to leave because the enemies were just too hard, I needed to level up a little...

I mean seriously, would Naughty Dog get away with this if there was a glitch halfway through the game that 5 times out of 10 corrupted your save files and you had to start over? Of course not! No other developer would and frankly I'm sick of the excuses for Bethesda. GAME ENDING glitches is not tolerable!!

I work full time and have a girlfriend and obligations so for me to put in 30 hours into a game only to have them account for NOTHING due to a game-ending glitch is an insult, those hours after work, fighting with the girlfriend over the tv basically just a "waste of time" (ye ye irony).
