If Xbox One is supposed to be the only "1" device you need in your living room, then shouldn't it be backwards compatitble? Or if you need an X1 and a 36 0for everything shouldn't you have named it XBOX 2? But it still requires a TV to be of any use, so therefore it should be called XBOX 3. Wait, that's right it also requires internet connectivity to use so therefore it should be XBOX 4. Wait, wait I'm forgetting about electricity...obviously the proper name for the new console was XBOX 5.
Sony's press conference was focused on games. Most people that read gamespot are gamers and hence are biased toward gaming issues. Microsoft's press conference was focused on TV interactivity. Sony may have the same deal with used games, but they didn't advertise it, so therefore no-one is going banana's over it. Sony stated their console doesn't require an internet connection to function, MS did. Sony doesn't have the Livingroom spyware feature otherwise known as Kinect 2. You should be able to connect the dots now.
Wrong, wrong, wrong. There was one ah-ha moment we weren't expecting right of the bat. Everyone thought it would be the Xbox Infinity. The logo of infinity being two circles made perfect sense. Then MS pulled the "1" thing out of their hat and nobody, I mean nobody expected. It was like saying you think the Wii U is confusing, screw that we will outdo Nintendo!!! Yes, we will be the 1 king of market confusion. Think you're getting a game console, nah, think again. Think you're getting a cable box, nah, think again. You're getting all this motion control crap that you don't really wanted for all your devices. Hah! The X1 is designed to siphon your wallet and ease back strain, though your eye strain may increase trying to find what it is you actually bought!!!
Um, what demographic is specifically interested in the Kinect 2? Voyeurs and Exhibitionists can finally unite!!! I don't see any real interest in that intrusive device by like 99% of the population.
