Same as the one you use, for a different kind of case. Did it work anyways ?

You dont have to plug any of them into the motherboard since you arent gonna use the on-board audio. I'm not sure which one to plug in your sound card, but i think it is the ear/mic one, but have to look it up in a manual.

Some got, some dont, if you dont have on yours, you will just have to live with plugging your speaker/mic on the back.

If it was a desktop computer you could maybe have overclocked it a little bit, but i dont find it adviceable to overclock a laptop, everything is too close to each other in those, and you can even risk that it melts your keyboard.

I think it is the cables for the front mic and speaker plugs you got there, and then depends on wether you want to use your onboard sound card or want to use an add-on sound card. If you got a separate sound card you probably wanna use that, and then they go in there.

I think if you find some kind of registry cleaner you could get rid of some of the slowdowns. Found this one after a quick google search, dont know if it's any good(cant use it with 64bit), but you can try it. Or you can try find something better.

Stick with your old sound card, it is way better. It's got 7.1 audio too.
