At least Aston Martins, while also being a statement more than practical, are actually good cars. This is not the case.
People don't seem to realize that having an i7 means nothing, it's just a brand name for the new line. Dual Core is still Dual Core, and while it's stronger and faster than past dual core, it's still not worthy of being a gaming-capable machine. Even the X360 had 3 cores, and that's 2004 hardware.
Any sane person would get a Quad Core for his rig. If even the aging consoles need so many cores, why wouldn't the tablet?
GT 640M is not a bad GPU, but it's nothing to take pride in either. All of the GT-M series is. They aren't real GPU's just handheld material capable enough of running a game, but not really enjoying it as a next or even current gen game.
The memory is the only decent part of the system, and that's only " decent ", but that still doesn't solve the CPU problem.
256GB SSD is a joke for a system that is fully digital. Even current gen consoles have more, and with the ever growing size of games nowadays (Every average game nowadays is 7-10GB+). You could have, what, 20? 30? 35 games?
That's not bad, but for a true gaming system (And a tablet which you are obviously going to have things on other than just games), it's incredibly limiting. Won't take a year before you'll have to start performing sacrificing rituals every time you download a new game.
And 64GB for the normal one? Why not just shoot yourself.
And the price is the worst of it all.
For that very same price, plus about 100-200$ more for keyboard/mouse and screen (if you have 1300-1500$ you can probably spend another hundred), I bought my PC, which is at least 5x times stronger if not more, and I run Bioshock Infinite on Ultra with DDOF on a frequency that far exceeds 60fps.
I'm sorry, but this is no true gaming platform. Had it's price been more balanced, it might've been worth SOMETHING. As it currently stands, it's far too inferior to a desktop PC in the bang-for-buck department, and far too pricey to serve as a platform to compete against the accessibility and price of consoles.
It's simply a deadbeat, overpriced failure that intends to be more of a statement than a practical product.
Holy **** was it bad. Like, really, really bad. The ugliest graphics i've seen since a long time ( Those waters were taken straight out of morrowind), terrible animations, generic combat, and really lacking gameworld. Also terrible UI, but UIs are the knid of stuff that get changed alot so i'll let that slide.
Only good thing in that video was voice acting.
I knew this game was gonna be another WoW rip off, but wow, that was just shocking.
No wonder they are not showing any actual gameplay, they know none but the most blind of fanboys would get near that shit.
@alwin8695 @TohouAsura Great! Personally Demon's is my favourite, really like the lore and Nexus system, but Dark Souls is a very powerful and enriching experience on it's own.
I warm-heartedly recommend it. If you like Demon's, you'll love Dark.
@bighorse83 If you mean the first boss in the prison ( the ugly fucker with the mace), then slap yourself in the face for being an idiot and attacking a giant boss with a broken sword. Run to the doorway. Then come back with a new weapon (depending on your class).
If you mean the Taurus, there are multiple ways to beat him. The most common way, though... I'll give you a hint. You're on a bridge, and on the bridge there are skeletons shooting at you. Where are they shooting from? That's your clue.
And classes generally don't matter, they only give you a headstart to whichever build you are aiming at. The secret is in the equipment.
