I'm a 360 owner and I've been thinking about buying a PS3 as well. As such I've been looking in to the way they stack up lately. Judging by my own observations...it's really up to what you like more.

The PS3 has superior built in features and the Blu-ray player really stands out as far as that goes. Their online service is free as well.

The Xbox 360 has better exclusive titles and a more robust online service with Live that almost justifies the fee. Buy it a year at a time though. It's only about 4 bucks a month that way.

So again, it's all about what's more important to you.

I linked this tale of the tape from www.kotaku.com to maybe help you with your choice. :)

Check out some of the comments people left on that article too if you want a few more opinions.

Best of luck with your choice!

Man, how can I name just one game as my Favorite? How about top 5?

Sonig the Hedgehog 2 (On nostalgic value alone)
Final Fantasy X
Super Mario 64
Halo: Combat Evolved
Resident Evil 2

Honorable mention - The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

If I had to choose todaya handful of games to play for the rest of my life, those would be the ones.

Modern Warfare 2 and Borderlands are the only two on my radar. Nothing else has caught my eye at this point.

Sub-Machine guns baby! If there's a P90 in the game...I'm gonna kill you with it. Some energy weapons can be cool too but I, like you, prefer the more traditional ones.

Hey, if you're not feeling it anymore then that's just the way it is. There are plenty of great game to play and plenty more coming out in the future. I don't think epic gaming has died at all but we can't twist your arm to make you want to keep playing.

Most people is scared to pay monthly for it.

The sad thing is that i understand them. almost 5years of world of warcraft.

You guys know how much money that is?

My super fly Kansas City school district math skills tell me that's about $900. That's a lot.

im just not a pc girl lol

Yeah, I've never been much for PC games either. I've dabbled but never really gotten in to them. WoW has kind of taken on it's own identity though. It seems like one of those game that, even if you don't play PC games, you've play WoW at least once. Glad to see I'm not the only one.
