Yes, can be used ... meaning you can use 4 of the 18 GPU CUs for graphics or for compute. So far devs haven't been doing the latter but they will eventually.

Not gonna matter cuz 4 PS4 GPU compute units can be used for GPGPU while still leaving it with 14 compute units for graphics. Both consoles are technically underwhelming but PS4 is unquestionably better.

All the time I keep seeing threads like this. Insecure much? The system has no third party support and the only interesting title you listed was Bayonetta 2. And on top of that it has last gen power.

Funny thing is if it truly is exclusive to PS4 then that console just got like 5 exclusives all in one announcement cuz ya know that Capcom will re-release the game nearly half a dozen times. :)

Considering this is news coming out of Japan I'm gonna assume that it's not coming to X1 only in Japan until I get definitive confirmation otherwise. After all, it makes sense to make it exclusive to PS4 in Japan since nobody buys X1 there anyway. But if it does turn out that there won't be SF5 on X1 anywhere that is some big news indeed.

C'mon, man ... y'know that your point in posting this was that X1 hardware sucks. Don't be bashful about it. It does suck. But you often gloss over the fact that PS4 hardware also sucks, just not as badly as X1.

Are you kidding? It's been a HUGE letdown. Especially for Xbox fans. I was expecting 2.5 tflop machines and Sony delivered just 75% of that and MS a dismal 50%. But it ain't just the GPUs, the CPUs are even more pathetic.
