Being expected to be in the office 3 days a week with 3 months notice to make the change is not an unreasonable job requirement. Believe it or not, but a mere 3 years ago people had to be in the office for, and make sure you're sitting down for this because it might break your widdle bwain, FIVE DAYS A WEEK.
What they're ACTUALLY going to use it for is tailoring microtransactions to the individual and figuring out exactly what buttons they need to press to get you to swipe that card.
