I have three on mynew system.

- 250 GB SATA

- 250 GB IDE

- 120 GB IDE/USB external

I use the SATA for Windows and programs, the IDE for music and movies. The external drive I use for transferring files b/w my 2 computers because I haven't figured out how to properly network them yet.

How do you know it's a virus?

I installed the last beta drivers because I heard they were improved for Bioshock.

Driver works fine. Didn't care much for Bioshock, though. :P

I never run higher than than 12x10.

My 19" CRT can display up to 16x12, but only at an irritating60 MHz refresh rate.

Why would you wait?

If you want a new PC and you can afford it, buy it.

You could wait for the next generation of CPU's or GPU's to come out, but then something better will still be just around the corner.

Seems like everyone is buying the same thing these days; Intel Q6600 and Nvidia 8800 GTS. You might as well join the crowd.
