@joelk: yep. It would be best described as the best "far cry" game ever made. If you aren't into that kind of gameplay, not even the amazing graphics, super cool setting and the refined gameplay will win you over. But if you are into that style of game, It's one of the best games ever made!
@pcps4xb: I bought a ps4 at midnight launch, then upgraded to the pro for higher frame rates on my games. It was a huge letdown with minimal differences at 1080p. Horizon Zero Dawn was awesome with super-sampling. Maybe the best game I have ever played. I also got sick of trying to decide which system to buy new games on. I bought the same game on both consoles to play with friends on both systems but, it was pretty expensive so, I decided to cut my losses. I still have ps plus and ps now subscriptions active because I had year subs.
@martintule24: sounds like Xbox one x isn't for you then. I use Xbox one x as a main console. I sold my ps4 pro because even though I love mlb, and Horizon zero dawn, I was not interested in watching it collect dust , while spent 90% of my time on Xbox One. To each one's own:)
@drakendax: I bought Xbox one x for 1080p. Faster load times, higher framerate and better visuals from the 4k image super sampled on my display for all 300+games in my library. Plus, more games will continue be patched with further optimizations and most future games will have enhancements and further optimizations.
@timmyp1982: well with hardware on par with consoles from 2006, perhaps they don't need as long to roll out another title, I am sure they had other story ideas, art and other assets that didn't make it into the previous 2 titles, also.
