This is simple. You go to tech help for the game and show them the proof that you purchased it (receipt+credit card bill or whatever) and they will send you a new cd and key. It takes a little while and sometimes they charge a small fee to do this like $2.99 but its not much and that way you'll have the cd if you ever need to reinstall it. Next time you might consider buying off of steam and not ever having to worry about this problem.

this would be better in the hardware forums. you might get better responses there. If I was you I would try to study up as much as I could and build my own. Start by checking out the PC Gamer PC Building Bible. It gives great advice. As far as a monitor Samsung makes some great ones that are very highly rated and not too expensive. I have a 22" lcd from them. If you want to go a little bit better you could go for an IZ3D 22" monitor that is 3D capable.

Well your computer may not be stout enough, at least on high settings. You have an integrated graphic chip which will hurt you with most games. The other problem is that vista hogs more system resources and sims 2 wasn't optimized for it. You could try right clicking on the executable file and going to compatibility and selecting Windows XP from the drop down menu. Also try lowering the graphic settings within the game. Lowering the resolution may help a lot without much loss of quality. A word of adive for the future though is that this laptop will probably never run most games well.

I think it's only around 300-400 thousand. The population density is very low as well. You can play for hours and never see another player depending on where you are.

What are you talking about with "only around 300-400 thousand" . That makes it one of the most populous mmos on the planet. Sure its not as big as wow but almost nothing else is above a couple million.

Its really on a location to location basis. I have found gamestop to br great at getting games the day of release. The best thing is to just shop around and you will learn the stores in your area that are best..

yes it has 5 prestige classes that give you the ability to store 1 more character setup each. Other than that they are pretty pointless.

Godfather II isn't released for three more days meaning that you acquired it illegally. If you are going to be a jerk and ruin the industry you could at least keep it to yourself.

Probably Mafia is my favorite but I haven't seen many strategy games so here's one for you. One of my very top favorite games is Detroit. This is a strategy game made way back in 1993 and we ran it on a 386 way back before Pentium's existed. You could actually design you own cars. This should be up near the top but I think most people here are too young to know anything about it.

keep the pressure on them, dont give up

yeah I would keep at it. This does seem unfair and its hard to believe this would be their policy.
