I've heard nothing but good things from people who own the game or have been playing it on GamePass.
Shocking, but yes this is a good Bethesda game. If you liked past Bethesda games and you aren't playing this, you're probably missing out. A good number of people are high on copium because they don't have a platform to play it on. I understand, but cope is cope.
I have no thoughts on anyone contacting someone who's left their opinion. If they didn't like it, it is what it is. I don't like Bethesda games so I wouldn't play this even if it was free, but some people won't know they don't like the Bethesda formula until they try it. Some of those people will leave a review expressing their disappointment. Again, it is what it is. They should suck it up like every other business does.
Until you do, do yourself a minimum favor: install EGS and save whatever free games they are offering to your account. Give yourself some good starter material for nothing.
Really, everyone should have been doing that for years now, even if a PC wasn't in their short or mid-range plans.

This site being dead is well earned by the penny pinchers who chose a buck over loyalty and the fanbase. Quite frankly, I'm not even sure how they keep the doors here open.
When it finally dies, it will be remembered...but not missed.
There were actually two other events that destroyed the site. Don't forget the April Fools massacre day where many long time users called it quits and when GS decided to revamp their entire website, only it had enough bugs to make even Big Rigs or Cyberpunk 2077 at launch look functional. I feel that was the final nail in the coffin...
I was already gone by then. Only started stopping by again very recently, and even then only a few times a month.
I'd like to hear more about that happening.
And I must say, if there's anything sadder than once good websites dying, it's seeing their animated corpses being controlled and overrun by right-wing chuds who -- knowing they can't post their trash on any still self-respecting website -- find themselves in places like this where the moderation is no longer allowed to treat them as they should be treated. The things the fly here would have been unheard of in 2004 -2006 when I was enjoying running our little corner of the community with the GUFU team. Now the caliber of contributor I see regularly only serves to remind me how far the site has fallen. (present company excluded)
I mean, usually stories are bad because they try to make them too long and they get watered down. Somehow they couldn't come up with a compelling story arc for a 3 hour adventure?

Hamas is the aggressor
They are in this instance of war.
In the broader perspective, Israel military forces have been the aggressor towards the Palastenian people for many years (see charts posted above). Just a slow drip of terror and destruction instead of a single hard hit most of the time (as Hamas has engaged in here), as the West turned a blind eye outside of human rights watch organizations.
Perspective is CANNOT be left out when it comes to oppression and rebellion. The issues between these parties didn't just start and its context informs the "why". And it also informs what will happen next to the civilians on all sides. A lot of death and destruction.

When people learn to cheer for empathy and the presence of justice and not for sides and "teams" like this is sport, humanity as a whole will be in a much better place. Politics and the expression of western imperialist religious order do little more than make groups feel morally superior, entitled, and unable to evolve and build. Long, short: if your expression of politics and/or religion resemble anything but love and growth above everything, you didn't read your religious text.
Like Dr. King said, too many people are preoccupied with and devoted to order, a negative peace and the absence of tension than they are to a positive peace and the presence of justice. You can't claim to care about people and be more devoted to order than to justice. You're actually just a fraud.
If I had to make a choice, or a team, I'd choose Israel. I know it's not just two sides, and there are a lot of elements behind either of the names directly involved...
But Israel. Absolutely, Israel.

The opposite of aparthied, racism and oppression isn't more of it done by someone else. The opposite is peace.
Find a better vein of thought than justifying and condoning racism and oppression. That's a trash response with a bunch of excuses to justify pain and suffering.
None of this should be okay with anyone. Forcing these people to live in a defacto open air prison where access to even food and water are limited and cut off at any time, where access to basic building materials like concrete are regularly suspended whenever Israel feels like it, where your home is your home until they decide to humiliate you and your family by taking it and moving you out onto the street for decades.
What's so funny about this is that if any...ANY...of that was to happen or attempt to be inflicted upon you or your own, you'd have the guns ready and would expect to fight. Why should these people be expected to do less to defend what they have than you would expect to do? Why would they accept less dignity and rights than you yourself demand? Why are these people expected to just...die quietly? And what made people like you so indifferent to their suffering, as if they created this apartheid state theselves?
What about these numbers look like we're seeing anything but a slow-moving genocide? Complete with posters here cheering on and advocating said genocide. It's just blowing me away. The second chart below is gonna be wild when they finally update it with all the Israeli and Palestinian deaths when this "war" is over and the blind eye of the west allows for it all. And for what.
