[QUOTE="Diviniuz"] There is no chance fable 3 will be best RPG of the year with Mass Effect 2Diviniuz

Have you played it? When did you get Kinect?

I can throw the same exact line at you since you made some pretty bold assumptions [except when you stated "Reviews will dictate"... and How can you make an assumption saying "may be the best RPG of the Generation" with the gameplay videos and info we have seen...] so I will

Have you played it? When did you get kinect?

I said it may be the best RPG of this year or maybe this gen. I didn't say it was the best, but it definitely has the potential to be. We'll have to wait and see how it turns out.

You on the other hand said it has no chance it will be the best RPG due to Mass Effect 2. That is absolutely a ridiculous statement because of course it has a chance. You have not played it, heck even the top review sites have not played the final version because it's not finished yet.

I'm a hardcore gamer and i'm old school, just to give you some perspective of where i'm coming from.

Top Games for Kinect:

Kinectimals - reminds me of nintendogs but this is the true way to play this type of game. This will be great for kids and also as a family game. Going by how much nintendogs sold, this one will do very well.

EA Sports Active 2 - I don't know which of the exercise games is going to take off such as Wii fit but what I do know is that THE BEST device for playing this genre is Kinect. Much better than Wii or Move.

Your Shape Fitness evolved - Reviews will dictate which is the fitness game to get.

The biggest loser Ultimate Challenge - Reviews will dictate which is the fitness game to get.

Dance Central - This is an experience that IS SIMPLY NOT POSSIBLE without Kinect. This will redefine the dancing game genre. This will sell like hot cakes.

Dance Masters - From Konami which brought us DDR, this may be the Dance game to look out for. Another MEGA SELLER!

Fable 3 - You asked for a hardcore Kinect game, well you got it! A hardcore RPG that may just be not only the best RPG of the year, but the best RPG of this console generation. Only with Kinect!

Star Wars: Kinect game - Imagine using force powers with Kinect? This is the way this game was meant to be played. Huge sales potential.

Sonic Free Riders - This is going to be fun, playing a game such as this with Kinect. This may redeem the Sonic franchise.

It's funny how graphics always lose in the polls when going up against ANYTHING else, no matter what it is. Face it, graphics is the least important thing concerning video games.

Bigboi500

Do you read this board often? Games with great graphics are always hyped to no end. Even crappy ones such as Lair.

Meanwhile Nintendo's first party games which are truly great, get barely a mention. Mario Galaxy 2 which scored a perfect 10 is mostly ignored.

Some people talk about it but the Wii does not have the respect it should if gameplay was really more important to systemwars than graphics.

Why is it taboo to say that the Wii is the best of the 3 consoles? The only major drawback are the graphics, but I thought those didn't matter much? Or do they?

I keep reading on this board about how the 360 is dying due to lack of exclusives. You got that, most people on this board believe the 360 is dying even though it is actually the top selling console for the last 3 months(going on 4).

Ok so exclusive software is where it's at right? If this is the case, shouldn't the Wii be considered the greatest system on here?

The Wii is second to none in exclusives. Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Epic Mickey, Kirby, Goldeneye and this is just to name a few.

Ok the PS3 and 360 have much better graphics but 99% of the games on the PS3 are also on the 360.

The PS3 has exclusives but they are not genre toping. For example, Killzone is exclusive but it's not the best FPS, not even close. GOW3 is exclusive but it's not the best hack and slash action game, not even close. Uncharted 2 is exclusive but it's not the best third person cover shooter, again not close.

Meanwhile Nintendo's exclusives are some of the greatest games of all time and truly genre defining. For example Mario Galaxy just smashes anything that is even near it's genre. Zelda leaves it's competitors miles behind. Metroid again blows everything away.

In addition to this, the Wii is the only system with 100% true backwards compatibility. Also with the Wii console you get awesome retro gaming. And the motion controls have been there since day one back in 2006. People said they hated the Wii controls, now they love them with Move. Well if you love Move then you love the Wii-mote.

Why isn't the Wii considered the baddest, most hardcore gaming machine on the planet?

Is it because most people on this forum are shallow hypocrites that only really care about graphics?

Probably late 2013. The Last Guardian (huge Sony title) is pegged for "hopefully" holiday 2011, and the PS3 definitely has legs to it. The 360 is kind of waning (Kinect could instill some momentum, but I remain pessimistic about it). The Wii prints money. I don't doubt Microsoft will be again first to start the new generation... but I'm not sure Sony or Nintendo really want to. They both have a good thing going, and honestly, the market just isn't ready for three, new $300-500 consoles. And that doesn't even begin to cover the possibility of Activision and Apple entering the market. Or hell, even SEGA.

This is why I'm starting to move away from newer games and modern console gaming... there is just too much stuff going on, and on too many platforms (to remain affordable for those on a budget).

The 360 is waning when it's DESTROYED the Wii 3 months in a row(the DS twice) and is on the way to DEMOLISHING the Wii and DS in it's biggest month yet?

[QUOTE="Half-Way"]

[QUOTE="darthogre"]And I can come up with how X360 really costs you $800. What you need to play Move: 1) PS Eye - $33 (listed on amazon) 2) PS3 Move Controller - $50 (listed on amazon) That allows you to play move games. If you want to play hardcore games, add another $30 for the navigation controller. So in the end at most you pay about $115 to play a hardcore game. Where you get $180..........talk about being Kinect fanboy.darthogre

but you dont get the full thing, you need a game aswell

rofl that is hilarious. So you want to add the cost of a game into the equation? So let me get this straight, you want to say you MUST have the navigation controller to take advantage of hardcore games but you want to add the cost of the game into an equation to explain how much it costs to get into move? What kind of sense does that make.....oh unless of course you want to make some absurd comment that it costs $200 to play Move lol. I mean we may as well as say if you want to play Halo it costs over $500 since you need X360 slim ($199), harddrive ($129), wireless headset communicator ($50), extra controller so you can co-op with friend ($40), Xbox Live ($60), Halo Game ($60), ect....... See I can make the cost to play Halo some moronic equation, or I can be truthful and tell you it costs you $60. Basically this is your point: Not only do you have to pay for a controller, camera, and navigation controller but you have to buy Killzone 3 too!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh noes, games aren't free just because you buy a controller :( Face it, Move is only about $80 by itself but if you want the extra navigation controller for shooters than it'll cost you $30 more. That's it, plain and simple....no need to add anything else. Buying games is a given, we are talking the cost of an accessory.

What about games that use 2 lolipop controllers for each player?

Uhm unrestricted move gaming for 2 players (move bundle, +1 additional controller+2 nav controllers) = $210 (according to best buy) TC, don't know who you're trying to fool._Cadbury_

Some games require 2 move controllers for each player. If you only have 2 move controllers then only one player will be able to play.
