Meh, I like them better as a cartoon. I think CGI is way over done in movies anymore IMO. Star Wars being a perfect example, a movie that is going over 30 years old still amazes me compared to alot of the movies we have now days. I think you can put something amazing out without all the fancy bells and whistles. It just depends on the people doing it correctly. The same goes with games. You can still have a really great game without all the details on every single object if the developer puts effort into it they can pull some really great games with what technology was offered even with last gens systems.

After reading this from the review I have to wonder what the reviewer's problem is. Not everything has to be unravelled right to the bottom like all "epic" games want to do all the time. Travis Touchdown is just a sadistic sociopath, (maybe a comment on the constant killing that people do in 90% of all video games??), and I dont want to learn about his troubled childhood and I dont want everyone he kills to have a full backstory to justify their death

Then there's the reviewer's hatred of the blood and violence and killing. That's just the type of game it is, and the reviewer shouldn't be bringing it up, especially as a supposed flaw

I get what your saying. I just more look at each system for what it offers, they all have their advantages. Imo I think you can benefit from owning several systems if you really like to game. I know the Wii is weaker as far as horse power than the other two systems, but you have to admit it does offer a different gaming experience that still can be just as enjoyable giving some of the games it has.

Being that you are on older gamer you also can probably agree with me that the Wii shines when it comes to reliving some of those days when we were gaming back in the 8 bit era. Now days the games seem all the same to me it's good to see a different direction to try. I still like my fair share of complex games, but at the same time I like to sit back and enjoy simple games games that just let you have fun without all the bells and whistles.

LoL you're too funny. I'm far from a fanboy buddy, I own several systems. I think it's more fanboyish to be getting your underwear in a bunch and hating on a piece of plastic just because you don't like it or what it's comapany may doing and you want to talk about why I fail. :roll:
