@phili878: Actually, when you buy something and play the game, you have to agree to their ToS and EULA. Not their fault that someone didn't read it and just hit that "agree" button or checkbox.
@T-ESI: Funny how you complain about "ship design that makes no sense in space" when this is simply a game and a cubed box can fly just as efficiently as something that is made for the "rule of cool".
At least this game gives you full control over all axis instead of limiting your yaw. Elite is the epitome of planes in space
@Baconstrip78: So you're completely discounting the other 70% of the pollsters because they don't align with your opinions....wow you may need to take a class on statistics and maybe brush on the concept of majority rule.
Ah I see you are spreading misinformation. Crowdfunding is 100% a gamble and the only contract you sign when you pledge is the contract that the project you are giving your money to will do their best to create the thing you're giving your money for. Everything else beyond that is supposition.
Also, CIG asked the community at the end of the original crowdfunding campaign (Nov '12) if they wanted CIG to build what was promised or to build what Chris envisioned (guess which one the community chose). So I have no clue where you are getting this bait and switch propaganda.
The only place where there was an actual ESTIMATED release date was kickstarter and contrary to what the internet believes, CIG already had their own campaign running on their site before they turned to kickstarter (because some in the community couldn't back on CIG's site). So logic dictates that the only people who both deserve and are entitled to a refund are the original kickstarter backers. Anyone else should have read the ToS and EULA before backing.
