EA dug up a nice little whole for themselves, and I don't pity them, but maybe they will turn themselves around this time.
Despite what anyone says, I do enjoy their products, but they do need to handle themselves better. However, I don't condone some of the bias against them.
I don't see what's wrong with day-1 DLC especially sine you don't need it, because it's DLC...
The day-1 DLC stuff from ME3 didn't really bother me because it wasn't necessary for the story...so what, pple got upset because they didn't get their money's worth for one character and 15 minutes worth of cut-scenes...I mean honestly who gives a shit? It's no different for when certain stores give away exclusive content for pple who ordered the game ahead of time.
It's not that big of a deal pple move on with your lives...I'm pretty sure Bioware/EA gets the picture by now.
I know alot of pple dislike EA and I'm probably going to get flamed but I honestly think pple need to calm down the fire against EA.
It seems to me that many of the pple who hate EA feels ripped-off from buying their products, but wouldn't that be your fault anyway? I mean seriously...if you are the kind of person that buys into everything they put out, then that's your fault. If you dislike EA and you've never bought or played one of their games, then congratulations!! You've submitted yourself to the Sheep-EA-Hate Bandwagon!
I've never found myself buying into all of the crap that EA pushes at me, even though I will admit that I bought DLC for both DA's and ME 2, but I knew what I was getting into, they were things that I actively wanted to purchase. I don't know who would spend $60 on a roster update for one of EA's sports games but if someone did do that then who's dumber EA or the person who gave EA their money? It can't be EA's fault because pple are obviously throwing their money at it.
If you want to complain, use your wallets. Because I suspect that the very pple who complain still buy EA's crap year after year...making the same vow on website forums the moment they are disappointed with what they wasted their money on. I REPEAT if you want EA to do better then USE YOUR WALLETS and REFRAIN from buying crap..
