I just find it funny yall think Sony is the good guy here. WHEN always online becomes a reality, it WILL BE AN INDUSTRY MOVE. Mark my words. Nintendo may be the only one that may not adopt it right away, but MS and Sony will when they have the chance. The statement itself proves that Sony will.
@Lhomity @dman123_1 @DiamondDM13 @troll_eat_troll @Halloll with people pushing for gun laws, the statistic could be much higher if that ever comes to fruition.
@jhcho2 @ultra-zealot I honestly believe they are playing games. TBH, I don't even believe anything being reported right now. I think it is all a work to bring more press about MS. Keep everyone talking about MS even when they have said nothing official. Even Sony is biting the bait by reiterating what they have said months ago. Keep people talking, whether good or bad, keep them talking.
@DiamondDM13 @dman123_1 @troll_eat_troll @Halloll Who said I was supporting MS? Besides, didn't they extend the warranty for the epidemic? I don't know who's 300 dollars was thrown out of the window, but all of my money have been well spent so consider me lucky I guess. The point I was making is simply this, things break, there are warranties, if your credit card info is stolen, (if only the numbers) yeah that can be changed, but if they get more than that, than changing your card won't do much. I will agree though, the red ring issue was ridiculous, but you all are even more ridiculous if you think it will happen this gen and face another billion dollar loss.
@Toysoldier34 @Trail_Mix @JayQproductions Well, it has happened before wit hEA and Sega, we see what happened there (although you can't really blame what happened solely on that)
@Fallout_red like 3D movies, it will return, and with mobile Broadband making more and more of an impact, it will be less of an excuse for it not to happen. As you see, phone companies are letting you use your hotspot without charge for the most part and is making data a priority in your phone plan
I actually see why they would not. Yeah yeah, they don't have a console to show, but it is a waste of money for them to have this huge presentation just for games. That is more money being wasted on that, instead, it can be used on other projects. Nintendo is not in financial trouble as we all may think, they are still sitting comfortably. It's not like their gaming console is their sole source of income. I'm not against press conferences, but I feel it is becoming more fluff and not enough meat and potatoes.
@Gallowhand @Yomigaeru @decoy1978 The diff is, there isn't much competition for them in that area though. Windows is the most used OS and MS Office is the most used Office Application. Video games consoles are a whole different ball game, they don't have that kind of advantage.
